Brie Larson’s 🔥 Abs (And Underboob) In These IG Pics Are Seriously Epic

Only Brie Larson could make a hotel room look like the chicest photoshoot location ever. The Avengers: Endgame actress donned a slinky, red, cut-out dress that showed off her super-toned abs (and a little underboob) as she posed on the bed.

“Taller than anticipated,” Brie joked in the caption for the post, which her followers loved. “🔥🔥,” wrote Russian Doll actress Natasha Lyonne. “❤️❤️❤️❤️,” commented the account for Rodarte (the brand that made the dress). And a lot of people also wrote, “MOTHER IS MOTHERING,” which… not no! Brie definitely looks stunning and super strong in the snap.

If you’re wondering how she gets so toned and works on her superhero-level abs, you’re in luck because Brie loves to share her impressive workouts with her followers. Also of note: Brie has worked with personal trainer Jason Walsh, whose clients have incliuded Alison Brie, Chloe Grace Moretz, and Irina Shayk, btw. Together, they lifts weights and do some intense cardio work.

On Instagram, Brie joked that her “toxic trait” is refusing to do conventional workouts, and by the looks of her posts, she has the receipts to back that statement up. Instead of treadmill work, Brie will opt for something like sled pushes, which is a full-body workout that targets your quads, glutes, hip flexors, calves, hamstrings, core, triceps, chest, and shoulders, per Healthline.

Here, Brie crushes an intense inclined sled push, set to Taylor Swift’s “Anti-Hero.”

And in another post, she is all smiles as she pushes another weighted sled (this time with wheels). It looks incredibly heavy, but it’s not a problem for Brie, apparently!

Her challenging workouts don’t end with the sleds. Brie has done pole dancing classes that require a ton of upper body and core strength. Example A:

And she shared this video of herself doing a pull-up and then flipping upside down because why not! This workout obviously requires some serious arms and shoulder strength.

But she wasn’t always this strong. She’s worked hard at it for years. Before filming the Avengers movies, Brie went from being out of breath on an uphill walk, per People, to being able to casually burst out a set of pushups with a heavy chain wrapped around her waist.

“When people say like, ‘Oh, girls can’t do that,’ it just makes me wanna do it even more,” she told People. “So there were huge accomplishments this time and I just feel like my body’s just getting more and more used to this and more and more excited.” Here for it, Brie!

As for her diet, the actress hasn’t shared a ton about what kinds of foods she enjoys in recent years, but based on her IG, she seems to be fueling up on all the good stuff.
