Labor Day Weekend has come and gone, and the summer season is technically over but plenty of celebs did their best to squeeze in one last beachy bikini photo before fall sets in. Enter: Alexandra Daddario, who just shared a photo dump on Instagram that shows the actress living her very best beach life before heading back to reality.
In the post, you can see the Witches of Mayfair star stretched out in the sand on a deserted beach in a gorgeous olive-colored bikini. Alexandra’s legs, abs, arms—everything—look super toned as she soaked up the sun while flashing a little underboob. “Gilligan!!!!!!!” she joked in the caption. Cue people, totally bugging out in the comments. “Venus fell to earth…,” one wrote. “Heyyyyy😄❤️,” said another.

The White Lotus star looks super fit and seriously glowy right now, so if you’re wondering what she’s been up to, you came to the right place. For starters, she loves yoga. In fact, she previously told Women’s Health that doing hot yoga and acupuncture back-to-back is “almost like a computer rebooting” for her.
On the yoga front, Alexandra is a certifiable yogi, and she has shared some Insta content of herself working through the motions, including this series of herself doing a plank, up dog, down dog, and pigeon pose next to a window.

While yoga is definitely one of the actress’ go-to o, Alexandra has shown she can really grind it out at the gym, too. She works with trainer Patrick Murphy and has shared several videos online of their workouts. Like, check her out doing an AMRAP (“as many reps as possible”) workout with Murphy, featuring TRX pullups, weighted squats, and more. Murphy told WH that Alex is all in during their sessions. “She puts in the work and never looks for shortcuts,” he said.
Food-wise, Alexandra told WH that she loves to cook at home, although she doesn’t get to do it as much as she’d like (she’s a busy actress, after all). But when she’s at home, Alex usually starts her day with a cappuccino, followed by fruit and egg whites with spinach and toast.
Lunch might be a veggie burger or chicken and vegetable stir fry with iced tea, while dinner might be a filet or pasta. “The only vegetable my husband likes is broccoli, so I put a ton of broccoli in that,” she shared. “And everyone’s obsessed with Parmesan cheese in the house, so I put a lot of parmesan on everything with olive oil or butter. Sometimes a combo if it’s a really exciting night!”
