Gwen Stefani is going all out to promote her team on NBC’s The Voice. The 53-year-old singer shared a new reel on Instagram of herself practicing poses set to Diamond Dondada’s viral track “She’s Back.” In the video, Gwen rocks a striped crop top paired with fishnets, shorts, and white, knee-high boots.
“Tell a friend to vote for #TeamGwen !!” she wrote in her caption.
Naturally, team Gwen supporters were quick to show her love, and many of them couldn’t help but notice the resemblance to how she looked in her “Sweet Escape” music video, which dropped in 2006. “Rocking old Gwen vibes & I LOVE IT!! 😍,” one user wrote. “It’s giving ‘Sweet Escape’ era 😇,” another added. “Gettin’ the 90s Gwen vibe here!” a third chimed.
Curious to know what Gwen does to get her washboard abs? For starters, she’s a regular at the gym and goes five days a week. “I have no magic thing that I do to stay fit. I eat really clean, do my shows, and work out,” she told Shape.
Gwen’s also been open about how beneficial her workout regimen has been for her mental health. “I always feel better when I’m in a routine even though I sometimes hate it,” she added. “I play tennis badly, with Blake. Then we go to the gym. I like to do squats and lunges and light weights. I don’t go crazy like I used to. I do just enough to make my body feel good.”

As for her diet, Gwen has been vegetarian since she was just 12 years old, and she still goes back and forth with her veganism stints. But even in the early 2000s, Gwen made sure she had nutritious foods around while touring. TMZ previously reported that Gwen requests soy milk, spinach, celery, almonds, and organic fruit like bananas, plums, apples, and pears in her dressing rooms.
Keep crushing it, Gwen!
