- Pamela Anderson is proving to everyone that she’s just as iconic in 2022 as she was back in 1989.
- The actress and model, famous for her role on Baywatch, flashed her super strong legs in a sheer, thigh-high slit gown that she wore to a fashion show this week.
- Pamela doesn’t love working out, and instead prefers to stay active and healthy in her day-to-day life, going on walks and eating plant-based foods.
The ever-iconic Pamela Anderson just hit up a fashion show in France, and she brought her jaw-droppingly strong legs and sculpted arms along for the ride.
The actress and model posed for photos at the “Le Raphia” Jacquemus show in a very gauzy, very sheer dress that had a thigh-high slit. Of course, the ‘fit was perfectly suited to show off Pamela’s seriously toned, famous legs. The 55-year-old accessorized the whole thing with a wide-brimmed feather hat and cool-girl smile. Here’s a pic from the event in case you missed it:
It’s worth noting that Pamela has largely been out of the spotlight lately. She rarely posts on Instagram (her last post was from Thanksgiving), and she’s just been kind of doing her own thing after her stint playing Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway wrapped this summer. Still, that gig took some serious legwork since it involves a ton of dancing and choreography.
So, if you’re wondering what Pamela does to stay strong, she also got real about her fitness regimen a while back, telling People that working out just isn’t her jam. “I don’t work out much,” she said. But that doesn’t mean she just sits around and does nothing—she’s actually pretty active.
“I walk on the beach, and I love the feeling after a long walk or a walk through a museum,” Pamela shared. “I’ve always stretched and moved my body with resistance.” She also said that she likes dancing and even took ballet lessons in Paris. “But I’m double jointed and need to keep my strength,” she said. “I’m more flexible than strong.”
Still, Pamela said she’s down to try new things. “I was in a beautiful hotel with a tiny gym, and I did try the elliptical a few times,” she told People, pointing out that she likes to read while she works out. “It’s a little boring to be in the gym unless I’m reading.”
On the food front, Pamela has been outspoken about her love of plant-based foods. Last year, she wrote a tweet (that’s now been removed) saying vegans “make better lovers.” She added, per Fox News, “Cholesterol hardens your arteries, but not much else. I’m vegan, I’m fairly confident in that statement.”
Pamela also told Hollywood Life that her vegan diet keeps her healthy. “I became vegetarian for compassionate reasons, but the health benefits are more than I hoped for,” she said. “I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, raw, grilled, steamed. I like to make Buddha bowls [and] smoothies. It’s the California in me. I like to make many different salads and create yummy dressings.”

Her go-to dishes include rice pasta, sun dried, tomatoes, garlic chips, toasted pine nuts on a small bed of arugula or spinach, lemon, salt and pepper, and an “easy” Bolognese using vegan crumbles in place of ground beef, per Hollywood Life.
Finally, Pamela shared with the outlet that her kitchen is stocked with “good olive oils, paprikas, fresh herbs and vinegars—balsamic is my favorite,” adding that “nutritional yeast is good to have around too.” She has even loaded up on small kitchen appliances. “I have my rice cooker. Insta Pot, Cuisinart, Vitamix—you need the toys,” she told Hollywood Life. Amen to that!
Go, Pamela, go!
