Penélope Cruz recently flew to India to attend the star-studded NMACC Gala.
- Naturally the 48-year-old movie star slayed in the fashion department, wearing a chic blush pink dress by Tamara Ralph. And all I can say is: wow! Everything about her looked so strong and toned. Especially those legs.
- To stay as fit as she is, Penélope does cardio and strength training sessions three to four times a week. Plus: She doesn’t diet, but avoids sugar, dairy, and gluten.
The launch of Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in India brought out all kinds of big names (Zendaya! Gigi Hadid!) so, naturally, Penélope Cruz was there, too. The 48-year-old actress worked a super cool Tamara Ralph dress with a thigh-high slit.
Penélope shared a ton of photos from the event on Instagram, including shots of her gown from the back, front, and side—including one shot that featured a very toned leg.
“Back in India, a country that I truly love,” she wrote in the caption. “This time it was the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre, a very special place that celebrates the artist community. I really loved walking through the spectacular show, India in Fashion. Thank you to the Ambani family for inviting me and for supporting so many creators with this wonderful exhibit. @nmacc.india Thank you @tamararalph for this incredible dress!”
People were all over it in the comments. “None like u❤️,” one wrote, while another said, “You looked stunning.”
This is hardly Penélope’s only leggy moment. There was this recent look:
And this Chanel ‘fit that was pretty much everything:
Penélope is notoriously private about her personal life, but she’s shared little snippets here and there about what she does to be so strong. She recently told The New York Times that she has a background in ballet, and it taught her to be tough.
“The feeling of your toes bleeding, but you keep going with a smile, that really shapes you,” she said, noting that she had rehearsals that would last for four hours when she was a kid.
Penélope also told Elle Canada that she now likes to focus on HIIT workouts and strength training sessions. “If I’m not working, I try to exercise in the morning,” she shared. Dance is no longer on the menu, but Penélope said she’ll “just do resistance work and a little cardio for an hour about three or four times a week.” (By the way, Penélope revealed that exercise actually helps her to unwind.)

Sleep is also a vital part of her overall health, along with doing transcendental meditation. “I did it for years in my 20s, and it really helped me,” Penélope said.
As for that glowy skin, Penélope loves a good skin serum and preps her skin for red carpet events with the $15 Lancome Renergie Lift Multi-Action Ultra Sheet Mask. She also once told InStyle that she loads up on fruits, vegetables, and protein. “I try to avoid dairy and sugar, and I can’t eat gluten because I have a big intolerance,” she said. “I also drink gallons of water now, which is something I wasn’t doing.”
Penélope Cruz, everyone!
