Alexandra Daddario is everywhere right now: She just finished shooting something new and exciting with Ashley Park and Josh Gad, she has a bunch of projects in the works, and she recently hit up a cool event in NYC looking all kinds of fit.

The Mayfair Witches star was spotted leaving an event in a silver sequined outfit that showed off her seriously sculpted legs. Alexandra paired the crop top and matching short shorts with an oversized coat and strappy heels for a look that’s totally *chef’s kiss*

She ~also~ casually put her toned abs on display in an Instagram post that showed her reaching for a balloon at the event.

Alexandra doesn’t screw around with her fitness. Over the past few years, she’s shared a ton of videos and Instagram posts of herself going hard at the gym. And yeah, the results speak for themselves.

Among other things, Alexandra works with trainer Patrick Murphy. She casually dropped a YouTube video of herself doing an as many reps as possible (AMRAP) workout, and she clearly means business. In the video, Alex can be seen cycling through things like side arm raises, TRX pull-ups, weighted squats, hip thrusts on an exercise ball and more.

She makes it look easy, but Murphy told Women’s Health that his famous client “puts in the work and never looks for shortcuts.”

While she gets in plenty of gym workouts, Alex told WH that she loves spending time outside, like going for hikes and swimming in the ocean. “I’ve found that my body heals faster and responds better if I’m in tune with myself and can be in nature,” she said.

Alexandra is big into hot yoga, too. Last year, she shared a video of herself on Instagram doing downward dog and child’s pose in a yoga class, pointing out that she totally wore her PJs to the session.

On the food front, Alex told WH that she loves to cook. Breakfast for her is usually a cappuccino with oat milk, along with fruit and eggs whites with spinach and toast.

Lunch may be a Beyond Burger with lettuce, or a stir fry featuring chicken, olive oil, zucchini, mushrooms, and carrots. Dinner varies, but she’s big on pasta. “Pasta is such a great thing because you can add anything to it and make it taste like anything,” Alexandra said. Also in the mix? Cheese.

“Everyone’s obsessed with Parmesan cheese in the house, so I put a lot of Parmesan on everything with olive oil or butter,” she shared. “Sometimes a combo if it’s a really exciting night!”
