Ashley Graham just dropped some behind-the-scenes content from a Maxim photoshoot, and she looked like she was having the best time.
- In the pics, the model is a glowing, confident queen in some photos in lingerie, and she shows off a peek of her toned booty in a nude video.
- Ashley likes doing Sky Ting Yoga, and enjoys workouts with her husband or her personal trainer.
Model Ashley Graham is very busy these days, and she just landed another gorgeous magazine cover for Maxim magazine’s Hot 100. (Of course, she landed at #1 on the list!) Luckily, the model took her Instagram followers on an epic behind-the-scenes journey of her entire photoshoot, and it was nothing short of totally epic.
The mom of three, 35, looked stunning and confident in the content she shared, which included pics and videos from the photoshoot. She modeled everything from a matching red bra and tulle skirt, to a lacy bra and undies, to a completely nude moment covered in a lace sheaf. And it was hard to miss how strong and glowing she is right now, from the peek of her toned booty to her core.

And of course, her famous friends and fans were seriously loving her looks. Designer Christian Siriano commented, “Loveeeeeee π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯,” Adrienne Bailon also wrote, “The Hottest π₯.” And Nicola Peltz-Beckham left Ashley a simple message: “ππππππ”.

Ashley remains super dedicated to her workouts with her personal trainer Kira Stokes. She told Women’s Health, “When I’m working with my trainer, we do a lot of weights, and then sneaky cardio,” she shared. “But I will say I just bought a Stairmaster, and I put it in my bedroom. It looks out the window, and I have no excuses.”
And while she was pregnant with her twin boys Malachi and Roman, Ashley also stayed active with Stokes, and she even got in a workout session alongside ski champ Lindsey Vonn. Together, they do ladder exercises and lots of squat jumps with bands (for added burn!).
Ashley also loved doing prenatal yoga, and shared a workout she got in with instructor Sophie Green.
And post-pregnancy, Ashley has also utilized yoga. She shared a video of herself in April 2022 post-twin pregnancy doing another yoga session, this time with instructor Krissy Jones.
She shared with Women’s Health that her favorite place to take classes is Sky Ting Yoga in New York. “It’s just, to me, more boring because it’s less twisty and upside down,” she told WH. “But it’s just so good to be so limber and not have my back hurt.”
As everyone knows, having a great gym buddy also makes sweat seshes a lot more enjoyable. Ashley knows the drill, and these days, her husband, Justin Ervin, also likes to join her in the gym. It looks like they’ve got a pretty sweet gyms set-up in this photo, and they’re both dripping in sweat, so clearly they’re putting in lots of work.
As for her diet, Ashley shared with Harper’s Bazaar everything she eats in a day.

For one, she likes to fuel up first thing with some scrambled eggs with ham, dairy-free butter, and gluten-free toast. The rest of her day is filled with healthy picks like salad, bone broth, and lamb stew. Oh, and she loves to end her day with a bit of frozen dark chocolate or sliced pink lady apples drizzled with peanut butter. YUM!
