Ashley Tisdale posted an Instagram on her feed where she was going pantsless for a shoot, wearing only underwear and a top.
- The actress was strong and stunning in the pics, and it was hard to miss how super-toned her legs were, too.
- When Ashley wants to get her sweat on, the actress works with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak.
In case you didn’t know already, Ashley Tisdale is the founder of skincare line Being Frenshe, and she just dropped some behind-the-scenes pics from a photoshoot for the brand on Instagram. Let me tell you, they are *everything*.
In the post, the 37-year-old star casually shared photos of herself at a home in Big Sur, Calif., including one shot of herself modeling a comfy-looking sweatshirt and underwear while hanging on a couch. Ashley’s legs are super-toned in the shot, and she has a big smile on her face. Clearly, Ash is all kinds of relaxed. The other pics feature trees, a cool vintage Bronco, and Ashley posing with her husband while flashing those sculpted legs again in a minidress.
“Feeling present and grounded,” she wrote in the caption. People were super quick to cheer her on in the comments. “And of course, you look amazing,” one person wrote, while another simply commented, “❤️❤️❤️❤️Beautiful ❤️❤️.”
Ashley is certainly super fit and happy these days, so you might be wondering what she does to create such a strong mental and physical health routine. Women’s Health has some insights on that front.
For starters, she works with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, who told Shape he crafted a low-impact routine that works for the High School Musical alum. “Because the heart rate doesn’t get too high, there is a lower rate of perceived exertion,” he said. “In other words, the workout doesn’t feel too hard, even though it’s getting everything done we need to get done. We can even carry on a conversation the whole time while her butt and hips and arms get totally demolished—in a good way.”
In 2021, Ashley shared in her IG Stories, per People, that Pasternak’s routine has been revolutionary for her.
“His method isn’t hard and my body isn’t left feeling like I tortured it,” she said. “I can’t believe what my body has gone through over the last year and a half. I’m so grateful for it and honestly can’t believe how strong I feel.”
Also in the mix? Yoga. The workout has awesome mental and physical benefits, so it makes sense the actress is a fan. In fact, Ashley has shared several Instagram posts about her practice, including this series of poses in front of gorgeous scenery:
Ashley combines all of that with a goal of getting in 14,000 steps a day (a little over six miles) to round out her overall fitness routine.
Foodwise, Ashley shared on Instagram in late May that she avoids dairy and has for a long time because it helps keep her skin clear. “I’ve been dairy-free for five years and I swear it changed everything with my skin,” she wrote on Twitter in 2020. “I know it’s hard to give up something but when you do after awhile you barely crave it and I feel healthier.”
Ashley used to be vegan, but eventually switched to a plant-based diet that allows meat. “Without sharing too much, I have a body type that needs to have meat. So for health reasons, I couldn’t stay vegan,” she told EatingWell.

“I remember feeling disappointed that I couldn’t continue, but in my mind I remember thinking ‘You know what? I can still continue by [eating plant-based] at least one or two days.’ It doesn’t have to be all or nothing,” she said. “I feel like everything is about balance and moderation … I want people to know it’s not just one or the other, you can do both.”
Keep doing you, Ashley!
