- This past weekend,
Alicia Keys took to Instagram to show off what she’s been up to with husband Swizz Beatz.
- They’re living it up in Bogotá, where she just performed. And the 42-year-old music legend was rocking a killer bra top that showed off her totally epic abs.
- To get those abs, Alicia works with trainer Jeanette Jenkins on the reg. Also in the mix: Pilates, dance-cardio workouts, yoga, running, hiking, and outdoor cycling.
Alicia Keys is about to launch her summer tour. But first, she’s squeezing in a little travel time with her husband Swizz Beatz. She just shared a slew of pics of herself on Instagram looking all kinds of fit while posing around Bogotá, Colombia
In all the shots, Alicia is working a bright pink look featuring a crisscross bra top, high-waisted slouchy pants, and a varsity jacket that put her toned abs on full display.
“📍Guess where 😍😍😍,” she wrote in the caption.
People were all over it in the comments. “Serveeeee,” one said, while someone else wrote, “So beautiful you two ♥️.”
Alicia has been open about putting in the work to look so strong. She’s worked with celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins and even shared a few YouTube videos of their workouts. “I love working out so much,” she said in one video. “It didn’t always start like that. I really didn’t like it at first, but now I love it so much.”
After that, Alicia can be seen doing a bunch of moves like bird dogs, upward dogs, and side planks for a solid core workout.

The duo also filmed a seven-move HIIT workout for Popsugar with a bunch of yoga poses and lunges in the mix to target the legs, arms, and core.
Alicia does home workouts, too. “If I’m home, I’m able to just jump right in. I love my Peloton,” she told SELF. Also in the mix: Pilates, dance-cardio workouts, yoga, running, hiking, and outdoor cycling. Whew!
Alicia has shared that she appreciates how working out makes her feel. The 15-time Grammy winner, who has partnered with Athleta, told People that she gets a serious mental health boost from exercising.

“I enjoy working out because it makes me feel good, not because I can’t wait to post a selfie,” she said. “I’ve discovered that working out, meditating, physical activity, quietness and stillness, journal writing, a nap, just putting yourself together in a way that makes you feel good… all of these things are part of what feed me as a woman.”
Alicia shared that she tends to put on her workout gear before dropping her kids off at school to remind her to exercise later. But she’s also into giving herself some grace. “It really is tricky, and literally there are times I’m like, ‘Okay, should I sleep or should I work out?’ she said. “I ask myself what I need because sometimes I really need a workout. Some days I’m just very, very tired and I just feel like the best thing for my spirit is going to be sleep.”
