Nicole Scherzinger just dropped some photos on Instagram in a cute floral bikini.
- In the shots, the singer showed off her super-sculpted abs and a peek of her toned legs.
- Nicole loves a good, hard sweat sesh, and she’s posted behind-the-scenes content from her workouts on Instagram before.
Nicole Scherzinger is ready for summer time and she’s not afraid to let everyone know it. The “Buttons” singer, 44, just dropped some photos on Instagram that showed off her super chiseled abs while she modeled a CAMILLA set that included a floral string bikini with lounge pants and a collared top. Nicole shared three different pics of herself posing, including one where she emulated a butterfly spreading her wings.
“Spring has arrived ☀️🌸🌿 @camillawithlove swipe to see me turn into a butterfly 🦋,” she captioned the pics. Her followers were totally loving the chic poolside look. “Ultimate spring vibes🦋💖,” one person wrote. And another commented, “Alright Nicole fly girl ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.”
Curious to know more about this star’s health and wellness routines? I’ve got you covered. For one, Nicole’s abs get plenty of work in the gym, where she goes through some super tough workouts. “I like to switch it up and try new things, but, most recently, I’ve just been pretty consistent with more HIIT workouts,” she recently shared with Women’s Health.
Lucky for us, Nicole is always sharing behind-the-scenes action shots and videos from her workouts on Instagram. Case in point: She posted content from a weight lifting session with her trainer Paolo Mascitti. The workout included a 10-minute warmup, weighted lunges, weighted hip bridges with a resistance band, deadlifts, squats and more. Phew!
Paolo also shared a video of Nicole doing some intense springing on the treadmill in January 2023.
In December of 2022, Nicole told WH that she likes to keep her workouts under an hour in length. “Everything in moderation. You don’t have to kill yourself. When I was part of the Pussycat Dolls, I used to think you had to work out for three or four hours a day, but you don’t. It’s about doing 20, 30 or 40 minutes. I usually do 30 or 45 minute workouts, and it’s about being smart with that time–doing what works for you,” she shared.
The The Masked Singer judge has been working with Paolo for years, and in 2021, he shared a highlight reel of some of her most intense workouts, including jump squats, battle ropes and weighted lunges. He captioned the video, “Consistently bringing it ⚡️ @nicolescherzinger.”
When Nicole isn’t in the gym, she also likes to get active outside, and recently shared a video of herself snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef.
As for her diet, Nicole told PEOPLE, “I don’t deprive myself of anything. I have everything in moderation.”
She shared with WH that she practices intermittent fasting, which means only eating at certain times of the day. Usually, that means Nicole starts her day with some tea, and eats her first meal around noon (she’s a big fan of breakfast foods). “I love eggs and gluten-free bread with a side of smoked salmon or some ham,” she shared.

Nicole is also a big snacker, and likes to fuel up with raw almonds, cherry tomatoes, snap peas, Himalayan salt popcorn, and dark chocolate. If she’s in the mood for a smoothie, she will also whip one up.
Dinner is on the simple and healthy track, too. “It’s usually like chicken and rice, fish and rice, and then a side of vegetables,” Nicole told WH. Oh, and she doesn’t shy away from a cold glass of white wine.
Nicole doesn’t skimp on dessert, either. “I love red velvet cake with cream cheese icing; carrot cake with cream cheese icing,” she told WH.
I’ll share a slice with you any day, Nicole!
