Carrie Underwood Has The *Most* Sculpted Legs In Little Booty Shorts On IG

Carrie Underwood is definitely bringing the heat this summer. She’s booked and busy and stronger than ever.

The country star recently performed to a massive crowd in Minnesota, where she rocked a sparkly black and pink romper, and posted some BTS photos of the performance for her IG followers. In the snaps, Carrie’s legs are ~seriously~ toned as she squats down to belt out her hits. Talk about dominating the stage!

“Had fun last night @ticasino !!! Thanks for coming to hang out with us, MN!!! We’ll see ya’ next time! ❤️❤️❤️,” she captioned the photos, which her fans loved, of course. “ABSOLUTE TREASURE TALENT BEAUTY SHE ROCKS🤘🎶🎶🎶🎤🎶🎶🎶🎶,” one mega-fan commented. Yup, that about sums it up.

The star also appeared at HyVee IndyCar Race Weekend in Iowa rocking an epic car race outfit. Carrie opted for a tiny metallic romper this time, accessorized with a glittering silver bandana. Her blonde locks looked perfect as she posed with the cars and drivers.

It’s definitely hard to miss Carrie’s epically sculpted legs. Obviously, she spends a lot of time running around during all of her energetic performances. But what keeps her legs so strong? Well, Women’s Health has the scoop. Carrie and her trainer Eve Overland, CPT, train almost daily, and her trainer even comes on the road with her.

Even if she’s had a long week, Carrie doesn’t phone it in during their sessions. In fact, she usually works out for 90 minutes at a time, Overland told WH. “Carrie is always up for a challenge,” she shared. “She loves to push her body. She continues to grow by trying new things and practices until it is mastered. She is a machine.”

Based on her toned AF legs and her overall strength I’d say that it definitely shows! When Overland and Carrie are working on legs, the “Before He Cheats” singer does lots of squats, deadlifts, and lunges. She also uses mini bands, TRX, and a leg press machine to add some extra resistance to her leg workouts.

When it comes to her diet, Carrie told WH she is a vegetarian and a “wannabe vegan.” However, since Carrie works so hard in the gym, she knows she needs to focus on getting lots of good nutrients in to stay healthy, so she tracks her food and macros intake using the MyFitnessPal app. The country singer shoots for 45 percent carbs, 30 percent fat, and 25 percent protein, she shared.

And, she leaves room for the occasional glass of white wine, of course.
