- Dua Lipa is all-over toned in new IG photos flaunting her super-strong legs in a string bikini.
- The singer does a lot of yoga and hits the gym with her trainer.
In case you’re feeling a little blue post-Labor Day Weekend,
Dua Lipa is here to remind you that while it may be September, summer is still in full swing. At least weather-wise.
The “Levitating” singer, 28, recently shared two new Instagram posts with her followers, showing everyone her latest summer adventures and travels. In the first post, Dua dropped a carousel of pics highlighting some fabulous looking vistas and fun activities, which included lots of time by the pool. The singer rocked two cute bikinis (one with a funky gold belly chain), that showed off her super strong abs. One follower commented, “Sick abs 🔥.”
“endless summer ~ 🌼,” she captioned the photos. “Gorgeous 💖,” one follower wrote. And another chimed in with a million fire emojis.
In the second post, Dua got busy modeling a minidress that she paired with chunky black sky-high heels which not only highlighted her toned legs, but her incredible balance. “the higher the heel the closer to god,” she captioned the pics.
These pics *also* got lots of love from her followers. Even designer Marc Jacobs commented, “gorgeous. always,” while another friend wrote, “tall queen.” Another added, “One step closer to heaven baby.”
In case you’re curious about how she accomplishes that all-over tone, you should know that Dua is totally dedicated to her yoga practice. “I’ve been practicing yoga for about seven years–just going to classes. But for the past, maybe three years, I’ve been doing it almost religiously,” she told Glamour UK. “When I first started, I saw it as more of a workout. Now, it’s turned into a form of meditation. It’s the only time where I don’t think about anything else. And it’s been really helpful because it’s an hour of my day where all I focus on is just a movement.”
She even brought her yoga instructor, Anabella Landa, on tour with her during her Future Nostalgia Tour, per Elle. Want to try one of the star’s fave routines? She shared a 30-minute guided yoga flow class on her wellness platform Service95.
Besides yoga, Dua also works with personal trainers on strength training at the gym. One of her trainers, Sora Connor, previously told Women’s Health that they “always work the entire body” when the two workout together. She added: “Sometimes it’s more core-focused, other times it’s glutes. The main objective is to work the muscles so that they become strong and toned but the focus is on creating a long, lean line.”
If she’s not in the gym or holding an intense yoga pose, Dua loves to stay active with hikes and surfing.
Of course, with all that movement, you’ve got to fuel up properly to stay strong and healthy. Dua knows the deal. And even though her travel and tour schedule keeps her on the road, she loves to cook when she is able to. “I love cooking and being surrounded by my favorite people, though I also love ordering from the fantastic restaurants in my area,” she told Refinery29. “With all the running around I do for work, it’s nice to come home, slow down, and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life.”

BTW, Dua is a totally adventurous eater. She recently shared a video with Vogue France of herself dining on oysters with caviar, pigeon leg and more.
I love it, Dua!
