Elsa Pataky’s skin is *literally* glowing, so when she plugs one of her products online, people listen. Well, the actress just dropped an Instagram promotion for Purely Byron skincare, which she co-founded, and Elsa didn’t hesitate to bring her sculpted abs along for the ride.
The new Instagram post features three pics of Elsa looking strong and confident. In the first, she’s working the most gorgeous mustard-colored leggings and bra top combo with impressively toned abs on display. In the next, you can see a glowy Elsa dabbing on serum and, in the final one, her hands holding a bottle.
“Growing up I was always really inspired by my mum,” she wrote in the caption. “I loved watching her doing her beauty routine and learned from her how to take care of myself. I fell in love with skincare through her, and have loved it ever since ❤️ @purelybyron #serum.”
People cheered her on in the comments. “You have a beautiful glow,” one wrote, while another simply said, “beautiful lady.”
The 46-year-old recently starred in the Netflix thriller Interceptor, and she’s made it clear that she had to train hard for her role as Captain JJ Collins. Elsa told Entertainment Tonight that her No.1 goal was to build muscle during her pre-filming training.
“We were probably working out every day for like an hour and a half, and then we started to prepare for the movie,” she said. “We started just getting into all those fights, which is like three hours a day, four months before the movie. We were, like, every day learning all those movies. It’s like this choreography that you have to go through.”
Elsa told People that she did bootcamp-style workouts that included things like carrying weight up hills. “I wanted to feel what the army girls go through,” she said, noting that she got “bruises everywhere” from stunt scenes.
Elsa is also an avid equestrian, doing all kinds of jumping during an interview with Vogue Australia. In case you’re not familiar with it, riding horses takes some serious butt, thigh, and core strength. “Horses are just so addictive,” Elsa said. “It has got to the point when I’m offered a work project, I think, ‘Hang on, this means I can’t ride for a month.’”

Elsa is also just really into fitness. She told Women’s Health UK in 2019 that she can’t go more than two weeks without working out. “I just get really nervous and my energy starts to go down,” she said. For her, workouts include things like boxing, swimming, yoga, and HIIT.
On the food front, Elsa is just a healthy eater. “”I don’t believe anything about diets, like quick diets that you do before summer,” she said on the Australia morning show Sunrise, per Who magazine. “I feel like miracles don’t exist. Mediterranean food every day, not just [for] periods of time.”
