Emma Roberts is having a blast at Coachella.
- Evidence? The 32-year-old actress just posted a snap of herself hanging out by a pool, rocking the chicest bikini—which she paired with a fun headscarf. And wow, she looks beyond chiseled.
- When working out she loves to focus on the “all-important three As,” which are “arms, abs, and ass.”
Coachella is happening this second and there’s some serious festival style jamming up Instagram feeds everywhere. In the mix? Emma Roberts, who just shared some fun snaps.
The 32-year-old actress just dropped photos of herself rocking the coolest poolside look: a geometric-print bikini paired with oversized sunglasses and a headscarf, looking seriously fit and happy. There’s Emma sticking her tongue out for the camera as she shows off her strong legs and arms, followed by Emma balancing on one leg (skills!) as she flashes a huge grin.
“’The desert tells a different story every time one ventures on it’ -Robert Edison Fulton Jr. 🌴 🌻🍓,” she wrote in the caption. People cheered her on in the comments. “Queen of Coachella,” one wrote, while another chimed in with, “🦵🏻.”
Emma is clearly feeling this bikini, because she ~also~ shared a photo of herself in her Instagram Story climbing into a treehouse in it, flashing her toned booty in the process.
Emma hasn’t shared a ton about her workout routines lately, but it’s clear she’s super active. She dropped a retrospective Instagram post at the end of the year that showcased a ton of outdoorsy photos, including snaps of herself hiking through a gorgeous plain with mountains in the background.
She followed that up with a pic of herself on a ski slope, noting that she was “starting the year off right.”
Emma likes to hit the gym, too. Her trainer Andrea Oreck previously told SELF that Emma is “very athletic, and she’s a little dynamo, which is fun.” And Emma opened up about their sessions to Shape (via E! News) in 2017, noting that she works with Oreck “because I need to get my cardio. Our sessions are an hour, focusing mostly on arms, abs, and ass—the all-important three As.”
Emma also said she loves yoga and Pilates—both of which are known for building strength.
Emma told Women’s Health last year that she relies on sound baths to help her stay grounded. “I recently discovered sound baths and fell in love because I found I could go to a place of meditation and rest that I wasn’t getting with silent or guided meditations,” she said. “I can do a five- minute sound bath; I can do a ten-minute one; or I can do an hour-long one. I didn’t realize they were so easy to find online.”

Emma hasn’t shared a ton about her diet, but she told WH that she would likely watch reality TV and eat sushi if she was given 24 hours to herself. “I feel like between work and having my son and trying to catch up with friends, I’m never alone, so I’d love to have a little alone time to be with my own thoughts,” she said.
Enjoy Coachella, Emma!
