Eva Longoria just made the rounds at Cannes, and she definitely brought her fashion A-game.

Eva Longoria just made the rounds at Cannes, and she hit up a ton of events while working some jaw-droppingly gorgeous looks. In the mix: A beaded dress that shows just how fit the 48-year-old actress is these days.
Eva casually dropped a pic of herself in the dress on Instagram, while looking next-level amazing. In the photo, she’s staring into the distance as she flashes her strong abs and a little underboob, courtesy of a keyhole cutout.
Eva kept the caption simple, writing, “💫✨,” and people totally bugged out.
“You’re breathtaking 😍😍😍😍,” one wrote in the comments. While another said, “Just perfect 💖💗💖.” Naturally, a ton of 🔥🔥🔥 emojis were dropped.

Of course, Eva has made it clear that she puts in the work to look so strong. Earlier this month, she shared video of one of her training sessions on IG, where she cycled through a ton of moves, including squats, resistance band leg exercises, sled pushes, and walking squats.

Eva previously told Women’s Health that she works out for an hour each day, noting that she uses that time to zone out and focus on her body. “I really work out for my mental health,” she said.
Eva is big into trampoline workouts, too—she’s repeatedly talked about her love of JumpSport, a mini trampoline that uses bungee cords. “Ironically, bouncing on this trampoline is low impact, so you get a sweaty workout without all the pounding on your knees,” she said.
As for all that lifting she does, Eva told WH that she does “very heavy weights.”
“I feel like my body changes the most when I do that—I wear a heart rate monitor, and I can see my heart rate spike from just doing a heavy bicep curl,” she said.

Foodwise, Eva told WH that she does intermittent fasting and only eats between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. She starts her day with black coffee, before making breakfast for her family—that’s usually egg whites and avocado or refried beans on flour tortillas. Lunch is usually something like steak, fish, or chicken with vegetables, with dinner being another version of the same or a hearty soup.
