The judge and model, 50, chose a gorgeous curve-hugging yellow cut-out dress by Alex Perry for the latest episode of the show, and showed off just how strong her legs and core are while dancing on the red carpet in a new Instagram video.
“💛 @alexperryofficial 💛 #AGT,” she captioned the video.
Heidi’s legs and core get a fantastic workout with swimming. She shared with Women’s Health UK (via DailyMail) in 2020, “I’m fortunate enough to have a pool at home and, when the pandemic started, I began swimming 20 laps a day.”

Plus, she’s devoted to her yoga sessions. In 2020, Heidi shared two photos of herself doing some impressive inversions during her yoga practice. (Impressive to say the least!)
But she doesn’t skimp on cardio. She told Women’s Health UK that these says she prefers low impact options. “Hula-hooping is a great low-impact option, too—as is all the trampolining I do!”
And every now and then, Heidi likes to get in a good sweat with running. “My favorite workout is a long run along the Westside Highway, which stretches along the Hudson River in New York City,” she told Glamour back in 2014. “It’s a beautiful path, and you always feel surrounded by such an amazing community. You see the same people running every morning, and they inspire me to keep going.”
In 2017, Heidi told People that she liked to take things up a notch when she walked on a treadmill by using ankle weights. “It’s always good to keep the muscles underneath working so that it is nice and toned. Toned is good.”
And of course, she gets her body moving with dance. Last year, Heidi showed off her moves while dancing to her single “Chai Tea with Heidi” featuring Snoop Dogg.
Eating healthy is also key to staying fit for Heidi. The Project Runway host shared with Women’s Health UK that her diet is filled with whole foods (and lots of veggies!) Breakfast is usually an egg white omelette filled with veggies like green pepper, spring onion, spinach, and parsley.
She’ll eat it with fresh fruit and a cup of tea. Lunchtime is big on protein, and the actress will grab for chicken, turkey, or tuna that she’ll pair with grains and veggies. But she also likes to treat herself to a cocktail.
