If you’re looking for some fitspo for this summer, look no further than supermodel Heidi Klum. The runway queen shared an Instagram post that captured her time at the beach in a thong bikini, and she is majorly strong in all the shots.
In the photo dump, Heidi, who shared photos of herself swimming and enjoying her time at the beach, saved the best for last. In the last frame, Heidi faces away from the camera and tosses her hair as she rocks a thong bikini with cherries printed on it. Between her perfect blonde waves and the tiniest bikini bottoms, Heidi looks like the epitome of “summer fun.”
“❤️ I look for hearts ❤️ everywhere i travel …. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️,” Heidi captioned the pics, which also featured photos of her looking for rocks and seashells on the beach. Heidi found an impressive heart-shaped rock while makeup-free, looking absolutely gorgeous at the beach.
Okay, but back to Heidi’s tush for a second… How does the 50-year-old model get so strong and toned? While she hasn’t divulged her full workout routine in many years, she’s dropped a few hints on social media.
For starters, it’s clear that Heidi loves to dance. She dropped a single with none other than Snoop Dogg last year, called “Chai Tea with Heidi,” and shared some BTS of rehearsals. Heidi is jumping around and nailing all of the moves, which will definitely get your heart rate up.
Heidi takes time to fit in little periods of exercise during her day. Case in point: When she was on the set of Germany’s Next Top Model, she shared a clip of her doing dumbbell raises and weighted leg lifts during a meeting.
She also takes her *gigantic* dogs for walks, and based on their size, I’d say she’s getting a cardio boost and an epic arm workout at the same time.
When it comes to her diet, Heidi focuses on eating healthy so that she can stay fueled for all of dancing, jumping around, and generally active schedule, per Women’s Health UK. For breakfast, Heidi enjoys an egg white omelet with green peppers, spring onions, spinach, and parsley for breakfast. For lunch, she usually has a protein like chicken, turkey, or tuna, with vegetables and grains.
