When you look and feel good, you want the world to know. And, if you’re a supermodel, you casually drop a photo on Instagram and wait for people to totally bug out. Case in point: Irina Shayk.
The 37-year-old just shared a photo and video of herself in the coolest strappy black bikini looking next-level strong. Irina’s legs, abs, and arms are super sculpted in the pictures. Plus, in a video, she even zooms in and scrolls up so you can see just how toned she is right now.
“Thirst day on a Sunday…,” she joked in the caption. People were *very* quick to cheer her on in the comments. “Maintenance works🔥🔥🔥,” said Amber Valletta, while someone else chimed in with, “ICON 🔥🔥😍😍🏻. “
Irina recently told Vogue UK that it’s hard to find a balance as a single working mom. “Trust me, there are days I wake up and I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I don’t know what to do, I’m falling apart,’” she said. “I always try not to stay away from my daughter for more than a week, but I also don’t want to be this woman who’s not truthful to herself, because I love my work and I was raised in a woman-run household. I want my daughter to know that momma has a job in her life because I want to raise a strong, powerful woman.”
Irina hasn’t shared her workout routine lately, but she previously told People that she works out a lot. “I do boxing, I do a little jiu-jitsu which I am obsessed with,” she said.
Irina told Women’s Health that, while cardio is important, she can’t deal with running. “I hate traditional cardio,” she said. “Running is my worst nightmare, so I’ve had to find something I enjoy that gets me all the calorie-burning benefits of cardio without boring me to death.”
Irina also told WH that she tries to do jiu-jitsu four times a week. And, she she travels, she likes to do “simple barre moves that don’t need any equipment and really work my arms and bum.”

When it comes to her dietary routines, Irina has made it clear that she loves food. “When I was growing up in Russia my grandmothers would cook the best pancakes in the world, the best meatballs, the best dumplings,” she told People. “So I really, really love food. And I don’t understand how people don’t eat. I do eat everything.”
Now, where can I get that bikini?!
