January Jones is so ready for summer.
- In a recent Instagram post, the 45-year-old actress donned a super-cute white bikini by Marysia and danced to “Antisocial” by Ed Sheeran and Travis Scott. It was a total ~vibe~ and I am so here for it!
- She credits her all-over-fit bod to Lagree Pilates, which she started doing after she gave birth to her son, Xander.
When you feel good in a bathing suit, it’s a total vibe—and, of course, you want the world to get in on it. Well, January Jones just worked the coolest two-piece so, naturally, she shared video on Instagram of it.
The 45-year-old actress dropped video of herself smiling broadly as she shook her hips from side to side in a white Marysia bikini with scalloped edges that showcased her tight core and strong legs. January didn’t write anything in the caption but, really, no words needed.
People totally bugged out in the comments—and referenced her iconic role as Betty Draper in Mad Men. “Dang how could Don Draper ever cheat on Betty??? 🔥,” one person wrote, while someone else joked, “Awwww yeah! It’s January Jones bikini season again!”
This isn’t January’s only abs moment lately. She also casually showed off how jacked she is last month:
Despite looking so fit, January once shared that she tried hard to avoid working out for the longest time. “My dad was a trainer, so in my 20s and 30s, I didn’t work out, because he was always pushing my sisters, my mom, and me to exercise. We would rebel and not do it,” she told Shape.
But January said that she later discovered Lagree Pilates and absolutely loves it. “I’ve been doing it two to four times a week for the past year now, and I’ve gained weight because I’ve put on muscle,” she said. “I’ve gone up a size in clothes, but I feel like I look better naked.”
January does yoga, too, and can totally crush an inversion:
She’s also incredibly talented with hula hooping—a form of exercise that takes some serious core strength. Evidence:
On the food front, January told Shape that she loves to cook for herself and her son Xander—and she strives for an organic diet. “For dinner, we like salmon with French fries and we make pasta frequently,” she said. “We try to have lots of green veggies.”

But January said she’s not overly restrictive of what she eats. “I don’t deprive myself of anything,” she said. “If I want something—steak, a bagel—I’ll eat it. There’s no diet or strict set of rules.”
Be right back: Gotta get that bikini!
