You’re probably used to seeing Jenna Ortega with her hair in braids and a sullen expression on her face, but the Wednesday star is totally upbeat in a new ad for Adidas.
The ad, which was shared on Instagram, features three versions of Jenna—one with a bullhorn, another in yoga pants and a pink sports bra, and a third Jenna with a red lip and bra top layered under an Adidas track suit.
“What do we want?” bullhorn Jenna asks, before yoga Jenna answers, “a deep breath in.” The third Jenna looks confused before saying, “Wait—if you guys are playing me, who am I playing?”
The ad is fun and the outfits are 🔥 , but it’s hard to miss Jenna’s super strong abs in the mix.
People were super supportive in the comments. “Guess it’s time to buy some Adidas…,” one joked. “Queen of the world,” another said.
Jenna recently told Women’s Health that she’s big on strength training.
“I love doing squats,” she shared. “I just feel so secure in what I’m doing and I just know that my form—if I’m lifting weights or something, I just know that my form is 100% correct because I know exactly what I’m doing. So that’s become my favorite thing to train.”
She also loves working her legs. “I just feel like they’ve always been the strongest part of my body,” she said. “I love to run. I loved to play soccer growing up.”
By the way, Jenna told Wired that she tries to do all of her own stunts and, ya know, you’ve got to be in shape for that. She also loves going for walks and going out dancing with friends, both of which will quickly get your HR up. She’s also said that she goes for walks a lot, and loves to go out dancing with friends.

On the food front, Jenna eats a pescatarian diet (she used to be vegan). She also aims to incorporate ginger into all of her meals, and told The Strategist that she took multiple Moju ginger shots a day while filming Wednesday after seeing how much director Tim Burton loved them.
She’s also heavy into popcorn and swears by the brand Lesser Evil. “It changed my whole world,” she said. “It feels so light and refreshing. I mean, popcorn is popcorn. It’s going to taste good no matter what, but if I’m going to be picky, and if I buy popcorn for myself, this is the brand I go to.”
Jenna also told The New York Times that she has a ~thing~ for avocado rolls.
“I went vegetarian, and any time people asked me what my favorite food was, I’m so indecisive I couldn’t give them an answer. So I would say, ‘Oh, I love avocados,’ and people would say, ‘But that’s not a meal,’” she shared. “Well, I love sushi and I love avocados, and now it’s my go-to. You know how kids always go with chicken tenders and French fries? Those are my chicken tenders and French fries.”
Pass the avocado rolls.
