But J.Lo is already moving forward, looking to Valentine’s Day with a steamy lingerie shoot.
The 53-year-old star casually dropped behind-the-scenes video on Instagram of herself modeling a turquoise lacy Intimissimi bra top and underwear set. The video features shots of J.Lo from all angles as she shows off her super toned abs and arms.
“Amore 💙💙 #ValentinesDay is only 4 days away,” she wrote in the caption. And, naturally, people lost it. “So beautiful😍,” one person wrote. “That girl is so ….hot,” said another.
Of course, J.Lo has been open about her dedication to good health and fitness. She once told Us Weekly that she “very rarely skips a workout,” and she’s dropped gym selfies on Instagram on her birthday and New Year’s Eve, making that look like a pretty accurate statement.
J.Lo sometimes even shares videos of her workouts, like this TikTok of her doing resistance training set to the Rocky theme.

J.Lo’s trainer Dodd Romero previously shared her regular core workout with O, the Oprah Magazine and whew, it’s no joke. It features 50 hanging ab raises, 50 rope crunches, and 50 incline sit-ups with a 45-pound plate, followed by 35 reps of everything, and then another 21 reps. Of course, J.Lo takes no breaks in between, because she’s completely next level.
Jennifer is also all about eating healthy and will sometimes do intense diets like the no-sugar challenge she tried back in 2019. “What you eat doesn’t just affect your body; it can also affect the way your skin looks,” she previously told Hello!.
Romero also told Us Weekly that J.Lo drinks a “minimum” of seven glasses of water a day, and that she focuses on consuming proteins like egg whites, white meat turkey, lean chicken, grass-fed beef, and salmon, along with a handful of nuts for snacks.
