Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake have been together since practically forever (aka 2007), and you get to know someone pretty well when you’ve been together that long. Well, Justin just dropped a birthday tribute to his wife on Instagram, and it’s getting plenty of attention for its sweetness and sincerity.
“Let me tell y’all about this human… she is the most badass, most graceful, most gorgeous DREAM of a partner I could have ever wished for,” he wrote in the caption. “And today is her bday! I’m so glad you were born, my love. And, I’m so lucky that you are choosing to do this thing called life with me. Aging like a FINE🍷!!!! I love you to the moon and back. —Huz.”
Justin included a bunch of photos of Jessica in the mix, including a shot of her picking grapes in cut-off jean booty shorts that show off miles of toned legs, a picture of the two hiking, Jessica looking all-over strong in a gorgeous tiered black and white dress, the two on a golf course, Jessica hanging out next to a massive window, and Jessica and Justin goofing off at an awards’ show.
People cheered her on in the comments. “Heyyyyyyy y’all looking good😍,” one wrote, while another said, “the girl don’t even know imperfection 🔥🔥.”
Of course, Jessica didn’t get those strong legs and toned arms by accident—she works hard for them. She recently shared a video on Instagram of herself doing a total butt- and thigh-burner workout under the guidance of her trainer, Ben Bruno. In the video, Jessica can be seen lunging to the side, front, and back while holding a dumbbell, as Justin goofs off in the background.
Bruno once shared on Instagram that Jessica is pretty hardcore at the gym. “Wanna see something crazy? @jessicabiel does skater squats with 8 second eccentrics for sets of 6 reps. This is just nuts,” he wrote on Instagram alongside a video of Jessica working her way through a total thigh-burning workout. “This isn’t something we did one time for the video either; this was her third set and I have her do these routinely. It’s really a wonder she hasn’t fired me yet.”
The 41-year-old is also big into yoga, previously telling Women’s Health that she tries to do 20 to 30 minutes of yoga a day…and she’s been doing that for more than a decade. “It’s become so much more than an exercise—more of a stress reliever and a life calmer,” she explained. “It just helps me with everything that I have to do in my life.”
Jessica said she likes to pair her yoga with circuit training and strength workouts. “I think the lengthening and internal breathing you get from yoga, [in addition to] strength training of weights and circuits and cardiovascular, to me that’s the perfect combination,” she said.
Naturally, Jessica eats well, too. She told the Los Angeles Times that breakfast tends to be something like Paleo pancakes with cashew or almond butter on top, along with chicken-apple sausage, fresh juice, and green tea with honey.
For lunch, she’ll make a quick salad using produce she grows at home, along with some quinoa. “Or I like these veggie burgers that you can get from Whole Foods or Erewhon and you can grill it up and throw it on top with some nuts,” she added. Dinner is often salmon or chicken with rice and grilled vegetables.

She takes a solid pass on gluten and dairy, though. “I just feel better when I don’t have gluten or wheat or dairy,” she said. “My digestion is better, I feel better, I have more energy… I just try to eat really healthy.”
HBD, Jessica!
