A ton of celebrities post bikini pics on Instagram, but many who are moms get the same criticism—people say they need to cover up. Well, country singer Jessie James Decker decided to beat critics at their own game.
The mom of three just dropped two bikini pics on Instagram that show just how strong she is these days. I mean, check out Jessie flashing her cut abs, sculpted arms, and toned legs in a navy two-piece from the front and side. While Jessie looks amazing, it’s her caption that totally won: “Cover up you’re a mom,” she hilariously wrote.
People cheered her on in the comments. “Like grandma says, if you have it then flaunt it,” one person wrote, while another said, “🔥🔥🔥 MOM GOALS.”
This is hardly Jessie’s first time clapping back at mom-shamers. She shared a photo of herself in underwear and a cropped tee on Instagram back in 2020 and clapped back after someone asked if she dresses like that around her kids. “Yes. No different than a swim suit [sic]. I teach my children the body is beautiful. Nothing to be ashamed of.”
The 35-year-old star is super fit right now…so what’s she been up to? Jessie recently shared video of herself on Instagram going hard at the gym, while joking in the voiceover that “some days you wake up and are like…pants seem like a lot today.”
Jessie said in 2018 that doing squats and heavy lifting has helped transform her body. “I’m fit and eating better calories and really keeping track of my protein intake!” she said. “My goal as a mom of three now is to be healthy and fit and feel good.”
Jessie previously told E! in 2017 that she works out for 20 minutes a day doing “really fast circuits.” She said she’ll write out a little of circuits to do, like 20 jumping jacks and 10 push-ups, and then repeat for 20 minutes.

Foodwise, Jessie loves to cook—she has her own cookbook called Just Eat! and it comes out in the fall. “I am such a lover of food,” she previously told Women’s Health. “Everyone around me—my friends, my family—knows it; I am a foodie. I think about food when I wake up and I go to bed thinking about if I could have another snack. I just love to eat.”
Jessie said she usually has toast with butter for breakfast, followed by a lunch of tuna salad with hummus and pita chips. Dinner might be a family meal of pasta, chicken tacos, gumbo, or lasagna. “We get creative,” she said.
