Julianne Hough just took to Instagram to post several stunning snaps.
- The new Dancing With The Stars co-host posed in the chicest YSL cut-out gown—and wowowow, she couldn’t look better.
- Jules literally does everything to stay strong and fit: yoga, spin class, strength training, and cardio. She even has her own fitness platform!
Julianne Hough is serving so much fashion on her Instagram these days. The new Dancing With The Stars co-host, 34, modeled a gorgeous black YSL cut-out gown with super high slits, which she paired with equally amazing sky-high platform heels.
“MOOD 🫦,” she captioned the post.
Naturally, her followers are loving her look and energy. “Radiating Radness!!! 🙏🙏,” one wrote. While another commented, “Best legs in the world.”
And in another fun fashion post, Jules modeled a full-length strapless gown that also had high slits. (She looks just like Audrey Hepburn!)
But how exactly does she stay in such great shape? Well, for starters, Julianne gets her legs and abs super fit from her own fitness platform, KINRGY, which offers 45-minute “high sensory activated dance method” workouts. She told Women’s Health, “The reason why I started Kinrgy in general was for my own growth and transformation and how dance really helped me with my own anxieties… We’re where you can go take a meditation class or go do a breathwork class or go do a dance class or fitness, we’ve somehow kind of supercharged. I’m like, ‘Ooh, this is like yoga on an energy drink.'”
But of course, she’s all in on group classes too. “I love being around people and community,” she told WH. She likes to hit up SoulCycle classes, and practices hot power fusion yoga at CorePower Yoga.

Beyond all that, she has a personal trainer, Mark Harari, for intense strength training and cardio sessions.
Jules also likes to get active outdoors, and she literally does everything from hiking to snowboarding.
To fuel her body, Jules told WH that she tries to stay away from foods that cause inflammation: She regularly eats grilled chicken, salmon, and grilled or steamed vegetables. But she certainly doesn’t deprive herself, though. “I love tacos and guacamole,” she told Women’s Health. “I love food!” And if her Instagram posts were any indication, she’s also down for some pizza and Shake Shack burgers.
Go get ’em, Jules!
