Julianne Hough’s Abs Are Simply *Beyond* Toned In A String Bikini On IG

Summer is in full swing, which means it is prime time for getting out in the sun and enjoying all of the beach time you can fit in. And it looks like Julianne Hough knows the deal because she is living her best summer life while posing on a paddle board in Austria, looking strong AF.

Jules rocked a peach-colored bikini and a cute straw sunhat as she sat on her board and posed for the snap. While she looks sunned and rested, it’s also hard to ignore her total washboard abs and the gorgeous mountain view behind her. Dang, girl!

“Paddleboard and good vibes only 🌊,” Jules captioned the cute pic, which was a huge hit with her followers, obviously. “🔥what a view, and your smile❤️,” commented one follower. Others seemed at a loss for words, filling her comments with flame and heart emojis.

If you’re wondering what Jules does to get so strong, you’re not alone. For starters, Jules spoke with Women’s Health about her fitness routine back in 2019, and the key element is that she is always on the move. She loves to take group fitness classes. In particular, Jules is a fan of SoulCycle, hot power yoga, and weight lifting, she told WH. And when she’s not sweating it out in a workout class, she’s still getting her steps in.

BTW, Jules is *always* dancing, whether that’s on TikTok, in her dressing room, or in the streets. And trust me when I say dance cardio is a very fun (and effective) way to get your heart rate up.

Exercise is super important to Jules which is why she literally launched her own fitness platform, KINRGY. The classes involve 45-minute “high sensory activated dance method” workouts that mix elements of tai chi, cardio, strength training, qigong, and energy work. Now that’ll have you sweating. And she certainly has the experience from her time on Dancing with the Stars!

Of course, with a schedule like hers, you have to make sure you’re getting fueled properly. Jules will down a green juice to start her day off strong and to get some nutrients in before her workouts. And throughout the day, she stays away from foods that cause inflammation, instead opting for grilled chicken, salmon, and grilled or steamed vegetables. “I love tacos and guacamole,” she told WH. “I love food!”
