Keke Palmer just dropped some behind-the-scenes shots from her music video, which is part of her visual album dropping tomorrow.
- In some of the shots, the singer and actress got busy showing off her super-sculpted abs (and a bit of underboob) in a strappy bra.
- Some of Keke’s favorite workouts include yoga, strength training and spin classes.
Keke Palmer is one busy lady. Not only did she just gave birth in February 2023 to her first child, Leodis “Leo” Andrellton, the powerhouse actress and singer is also about to drop a new visual album, Big Boss, for her fans. The “Hands Free” singer, 29, will be releasing Big Boss on KeyTV on May 12.
Of course, Keke, who was Women’s Health’s September cover star last year, made sure to give her followers a little sneak peek at the project (which she wrote and directed, BTW) in a new Instagram Reel. In the clip, Keke is rocking a jailhouse-inspired cropped sweatsuit look (complete with black and white stripes) that she paired with black lingerie that highlighted her rock-hard abs and a peek of underboob.
“Y’all are really vibing off this Waiting track, lets go!! Here’s a little more #BigBoss energy to get you ready for the week. Pre-Save Big Boss album now: 🔗 in bio,” she captioned the video. Keke’s followers were not only obsessed with how strong she is in the footage, but also seemed pretty hype about the new music. “❤️🔥😍love it @keke u look so good,” one fan wrote. And another commented, “Keke is THAT girl. Always got something up her sleeve.”
One method Keke uses to fire up her core is the Melissa Wood Health app. Depending on what’s going on that day, Keke will mix it up with yoga-infused Pilates routines and meditations. “My body responds incredibly well to Pilates,” she told WH. “There are videos that are 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 40 minutes long. It’s so smart because sometimes 10 minutes is all the time we have.”
That’s not all she does, though. Keke puts in work with personal trainer Corey Calliet, who gave the full DL on the star’s postpartum workouts to Popsugar. The two work together for about an hour five times a week, and the workouts are focused on functional strength work, and the “fundamentals of weight training,” he noted.
If she’s not in the gym with her trainer, you can probably find Keke taking a spin class. “I never thought I’d be that girl! I was so annoyed with that girl!” she told The Zoe Report. “I realized how much quicker you can burn calories on the cycle machine than on the treadmill. I can sit on that bike for 40 minutes and be chillin’ watching TV and then be done for the day.”
As for her diet goals, eating healthy is super important to Keke. Since being diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome, or PCOS, in 2021, she has stuck to an anti-inflammatory eating routine.

In an interview with WH, Keke explained that while it’s a challenge to find healthy food while traveling, she makes it work. “It’s trying to find the right things—to make sure I’m not always eating garbage because I’m getting too tired, or I forgot. I want to make sure my body is at its best,” she said.
Fuel well, feel well. I love it, Keke!
