Kourtney Kardashian showed off her totally toned butt and legs in new photos she posted to her Instagram feed.

Kourtney Kardashian has been churning out a slew of strong, lingerie-clad Instagram posts lately, and the most recent one might be her coolest one yet.
The 43-year-old star shared a total photo dump that showcased her cozying up to a furry ottoman while working a latex corset with fringed bottoms that showed off her miles of toned legs, butt, and arms. Apparently, Kourtney was really feeling this look—as she should—because she dropped 10 different shots of herself in various poses.

Of course, this is just one of three lingerie shots Kourtney has posted lately. She shared one of herself drinking water from her bathroom faucet while wearing a strappy pink number yesterday.
And she also rocked pale pink silk lingerie while promoting her Lemme Sea supplement.
If you’re wondering about this star’s health and wellness routines, the first thing you should know is that Kourtney has been very open about her journey to body acceptance while undergoing IVF treatments with her husband, Travis Barker. “I am so into my thicker body,” she said on an episode of The Kardashians last season. “I looked up photos of my body when I was so skinny—it is cringey.”
At the time, Kourtney had been through eight months of IVF and she said it had “definitely taken a toll on my body mentally and physically.” But, she added, she now “loves the changes.”
Wellness is Kourtney’s ~jam~ and Elle UK says she works out about six times a week. She likes to do HIIT workouts, and one of her trainers, Amanda Lee, told Elle UK that Kourt’s exercises are “mostly geared towards toning, lifting, tightening and fat-burning.” That includes doing things like jump squat-lunge combinations, burpees, and resistance band workouts.
Kourtney also works with trainer Don Brooks, who divides her sweat sessions into four quarters, with each quarter focusing on a different body part.

On the food front, Kourtney has been open on TV about following a pretty strict diet. She typically eats an organic diet that’s gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free. In 2020, Kourtney said on her app, per People, that she usually eats an avocado pudding or banana spinach shake in the morning. Lunch and dinner may be crudités with hummus and a gluten-free rice tortilla with turkey meat, or a salad.

But Kourtney also said on her website Poosh that she’s a fan of cheat days. “I cheat twice a day with a little something sweet after lunch and dinner,” she said.
“When I did the keto diet, I was very strict six days a week and my cheat day was on Sundays. I’d go to the farmers market before church and get a matcha latte and chocolate croissant from Alfred’s, and then after church, I’d head to Soho House for their buffet (all-you-can-eat waffles with butter and syrup). On my recent trip to Turks, we had a handful of junky foods, like Double Stuf Oreos and Cheetos for all of us to snack on.”
