The Olympic skier, 38, may be injured, but that doesn’t mean she can’t enjoy some summer fun out on the lake.
Lindsey shared a photo of her rocking a bikini that showed off her super strong abs and legs in a knee brace at Lake Powell as she boated and jet-skied through the canyons.
“Doctor approved activities 🛟🏜️” she captioned the post. “So cool 😎” one fan wrote. Another added, “Wow🤩, great spot to rehabilitate.” Couldn’t agree more!
ICYMI: Lindsey underwent knee surgery at the end of July. She posted a photo of her from her hospital bed, thanking fans for supporting her as she took another step to help cope with the pain her Olympic career put on her body.
But of course, Lindsey is super strong, so she’s back on her feet.
Obviously, skiing is a big part of her fitness routine. But in her retirement, she hits the gym consistently, making sure to listen to her body. “Whatever you like doing is what you should be doing,” she told Women’s Health.
That doesn’t mean she takes her sweat seshes easy, though. Lindsey is all about building muscle while getting her heart rate up. In a workout clip she shared, the athlete uses battle ropes, does medicine ball slams, and does lots of squats!

In another video, she pushes a huge sled and lifts some pretty massive weights. You go, girl!
When it comes to staying fueled, Lindsey doesn’t sacrifice taste. She told Delish that she “won the Olympics on banana bread and salmon.” Yum. And she loves her ice cream.
