Maude Apatow has a big milestone to celebrate this year! The Euphoria actress, 25, recently rocked opening night of her NYC musical, Little Shop of Horrors, where she was playing Audrey. Of course, Maude took to Instagram to share the special moment, complete with tons of pics with her cast mates and supporters. In the pics, she was wearing a magenta halter dress with high slits that showed off her long, strong legs.
“OPENING NIGHT @littleshopnyc My face still hurts from smiling so much π,” she captioned the photos.
Her famous friends were totally loving her new role. Kate Hudson commented, “Yeah!!!!! ππ”, while Sydney Sweeney wrote, “Sheβs a βοΈ”. And both her parents showed their support. “The best night ever! β€οΈ,” momma Leslie Mann commented, and dad Judd Apatow wrote, “So proud!”
Maude opened up to Vogue about her new role. βIf younger me saw that I got to play Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors one day, she would be losing her mind,β Apatow said. βI canβt stress enough how lucky and grateful I feel for this opportunity.β

If you’re curious about her current workout routine, I’ve got you covered. When she’s not dancing and singing, Maude loves to stay active by going on runs. She told Glamour that she uses the Nike Run Club appβs guided runs with Coach Blue. “They have mindful guided runs about being grateful, and I find them very meditative,” she shared.
Maude also works with personal trainer Louisa Drake, per DailyMail.
On the wellness front, Maude is apparently a fan of infrared sauna sessions. Her mom, Leslie, told Shape that they have one really close on hand. “Is it terrible to admit that we have one [a sauna] at home?” Leslie said. “It was a big 20th-anniversary gift. All my friends and family come over and use it, which is maybe gross, I guess?”
Maude was also inspired to meditate by her parents. “My parents are very big into meditation, so theyβve always told me to meditate. So the Calm app, Headspace β¦ reality TV is another thing that makes me feel I can fully relax into something else and distract myself,” she told the Los Angeles Times.
As for her diet, Maude loves to cook. “I like doing it a lot more than I thought,” she told Glamour. “I love to make spaghetti with tomato sauce. Itβs simple, but itβs my favorite food,” she added.
And she also clearly enjoys two staples that I think almost anyone can get behind: coffee and ramen.
Congrats on your new role, Maude!
