Molly Sims isn’t done showing everyone the fun BTS from her recent trip to Cabo, and she got busy this week dropping more pics on Instagram from the vacay.
- In the shots, Molly shows off her totally toned abs, butt, and legs in a little string bikini.

Molly Sims is still busy dropping Instagram posts from her sunny vacation, and trust me when I say the fun posts are all you need to get through the week. In the pics, Molly, 49, is living it up in Cabo with her kids and her hubby while rocking a whole slew of bikinis and cute beach outfits.
In one photo, she rocks a Peony Swimwear bikini with an orange floral pattern, adding on layers of gold necklaces to make the look even more glamorous. Of course, her totally toned abs, legs, butt, and everything were on full display as she posed.
βSalty ππ,β Molly captioned the pics, which include shots of her modeling the suit on a boat, and her family living it up while doing various beachy activities. Of course, everyone loved seeing the family all together, and they cheered Molly on for her strong pics. βFun xxxxβ commented Jennifer Garner. βWhat a fun group π ππ₯,β commented another follower.
If youβre wondering how Molly gets so toned and strong, you’re in luck, because she actually shares lots of her wellness secrets with her fans and followers. For one, Molly is seriously dedicated to her fitness, making sure to squeeze in her movement before her kids get up. So that usually means a 6 a.m. go-time, she told The Newsette.
While Molly really does it all, from HIIT, to strength training and Pilates, she is definitely a big fan of the Tracy Anderson Method, a workout that uses repetitive movements, and goes through lots of reps with light weight to fatigue the muscles. However, Molly says that she can usually only get about 20 minutes in before one of the kiddos interrupts the workout. But they are pretty cute, so I canβt imagine this momma minds too much.
In fact, the family loves to move together through ski trips or beach adventures, making active living a lifestyle. Case in point:
When it comes to her diet, Molly follows an intermittent fasting schedule, meaning she only eats during certain blocks of the day. Mealtimes are usually filled with proteins and veggies.
“It’s more about living healthy and how you’re feeling,” she told Women’s Health. “I truly, truly don’t like the word ‘diet.’ I don’t even like the scale. I use a pair of jeans; the jeans don’t lie I can tell you that.”

Since Molly waits til noon to have her first meal, it’s important to fuel up on healthy and hearty ingredients. So, Molly usually opts for her amazing go-to smoothie recipe. In the recipe, she uses 1 cup of blueberries, a 1/2 cup of Hum Nutrition Protein Powder, 1/2 cup of Top Seedz Raw Brow Flax Seeds, 1 cup of Califia Farms Almond Milk, and 1-2 tablespoons of Moon Juice Collagen Protect Vegan Creamer. Sounds like a great, healthy way to start the day to me!
