Reese Witherspoon is getting allllll the vitamin D she can while promoting her new Netflix film, Your Place Or Mine, in California. The actress, 46, shared an Instagram video with her followers of herself getting some sun on a balcony while rocking a long-sleeved, red skirt combo with high heels. And while the outfit was definitely fire, it also served to show off her super strong legs.

Reese then shared a second post with photos of herself in the dress, soaking up more sun. “Feeling that Cali sun for a minute ☀️😎 #YourPlaceOrMine #Netflix,” she captioned the pics.

Reese clearly loves to get her yoga on in the great outdoors. BTW, Reese’s trainer shared that her fave yoga moves include headstands, handstands, and wall dogs, Pop Sugar reported.
But she doesn’t skimp on cardio, either. In fact, Reese has an annual walk/run challenge, and while she encourages everyone to go at their own pace, she opted to do 30-minute routine that alternated between walking at a 1 percent incline for three minutes at 3.5 to 4 miles per hour speed, and running for two minutes at a 5.5 to 6 miles per hour speed, according to Shape.
As for her diet, Reese is big on eating lots of veggies, according to Hello Magazine. And her lunch order is usually a kale salad with roasted chicken, per the New York Times.
Plus, there is almost always room on her plate for Southern food. “The best Southern food for me is probably fried chicken. There’s nothing like hot, spicy fried chicken,” Reese said in a Vanity Fair video. “I do like some Cholula. I do like some spicy shrimp and grits.”
