- Salma Hayek just posed for a new Glamour magazine cover, and she had a little help behind the scenes.
- In a BTS video that she posted to Instagram, the actress showed her cute pup following her around through all the different shots.
- It was hard to miss how super-sculpted Salma was, from her head to her toes, in various outfits during the shoot.
A photoshoot with a major internationally-recognized magazine is certainly bound to be a bit overwhelming. But Salma Hayek had a clever solution: She brought her pup along with her to help her pose.
Salma recently shot a new cover with Glamour, and besides looking absolutely stunning, she had a furry friend there to lend a paw of support. Her dog was right there beside her for the whole affair.
“Sometimes when you look for a hand, you find a paw 🐾,” Salma captioned a sweet video from behind-the-scenes. In the video, Salma gets body makeup and oil applied in a skin-tight dress while her pup looks on patiently from the corner. Eventually, the dog joins her for a very regal couch shot.
“We all need a best friend that is furry,” one person commented on the video. Another added, “The queen 👑 and her dog 🥺 😍😍😍😍😍.”
Salma is as strong as ever these days, and she’s been very busy between this shoot and promoting her upcoming Magic Mike film. She hasn’t shared much on her wellness routines these days, but she has dropped a few hints in the past.
A long time ago, Salma credited her all-over tone is thanks to a pretty simple concept: her good posture. And if that doesn’t sound like a lifelong wellness hack, I don’t know what does!
“I work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long,” she told People several years ago. “So even when you brush your teeth, you’re working the muscles.” A multitasking queen!
“I don’t have time to exercise, I am working,” she said at the time. “I’ve had some 20-hour days.” So, activating her muscles through her posture is not only a time save, but it is certainly effective.
Salma also gets moving by taking those cute dogs out for walks. This is also a great way to get fresh air during the day.
Salma shared an adorable Instagram photo of her pups, adding that these furry friends also work as her fitness trainers. “This is my version of exercise and these are my #dogs coaches…These are my trainers!” she captioned the photo. And if that’s not motivation, I don’t know what is.
