Sydney Sweeney Has A Mega-Toned Butt & Legs In This Wild IG Water Skiing Vid

  • Sydney Sweeney showed off her strong legs and toned butt in a new Instagram video from her lake day.

  • The actress then hit the water showing off some seriously impressive slalom skiing skills as she held on to the rope with just one hand.
  • When it comes to her workouts, Sydney frequently seems to get active outdoors, whether that’s water skiing, or taking her dog for a walk.

Sydney Sweeney seems to do it all. She’s an incredible actress, a fashion icon, and, basically everyone’s crush. But the list doesn’t end there. The Euphoria star is also super athletic. Case in point: She crushed a water skiing sesh on the lake recently, and her fans are obsessed with her strength, balance, and overall cool girl vibes.

“BAIdration challenge accepted 💪,” Syd captioned the video, which showed her remaining upright on a slalom water ski while also sipping a Bai beverage. Sydney then shows off her intense core and thigh strength as she whips around the lake, staying up on her ski while swerving in and out of the boat’s wake.

Obviously, the post was a big hit with all of Sydney’s followers. “The way that this is lowkey one of the most impressive things 🔥,” one follower wrote. Another asked a question that seemed to be on everyone’s mind: “What can you not do? 😂❤️.”

If you’re looking to get Sydney Sweeney-strong, Women’s Health has collected a few of her tips and tricks. For starters, this clearly isn’t Sydney’s first rodeo on water skis, so she has probably put in a lot of work to get this good. And water skiing is actually a super intense workout that provides a full-body burn. It targets your cardiovascular system, builds strength, and increases flexibility, per WakeBoss. It’s also a relatively low-impact workout and is easy on the joints, per the website.

And that’s just where the activity list begins for Sydney. If you didn’t already know, this star swears by mixed martial arts (MMA), which she has been practicing since she was a teenager, per Marie Claire.

“I’m trained in mixed martial arts. I started when I was 14 and did my first competition at 18. It was a grappling competition against all guys a weight category above me, and I got first place,” she told the outlet. “Those guys were probably saying, ‘Oh, we didn’t want to hurt her,’ but they were definitely trying. Everyone broke a sweat!”

When she’s not fighting large men or doing tricks on her water skis, she likes to slow things down and go on a walk with her dog. “I try to take my dog on a walk twice a day. We’ll do a 2-mile walk in the morning and again at night if I can,” she shared with Bustle.

When it comes to her diet, Syd told Bustle she’s a bit of a picky eater. Her go-to breakfast is berries and toast, or sometimes, a croissant toasted with cinnamon, sugar, and honey butter. Uh… yum! Sydney is not into coffee, though; this water skiing queen only drinks water (and Bai beverages, evidently).

Oh, and of course Sydney is always down for a scoop of ice cream, like the relatable queen that she is. Exhibit A:

Keep crushing it, Sydney!
