Vanessa Hudgens is living her best life in the white-sand islands of the Philippines.

- To stay fit, she puts in real work by exercising at least six days a week. She also likes to switch things up, doing Pilates, ballet, or SoulCycle during various times of the week.
Vanessa Hudgens is in the Philippines to film a travel documentary that aims to explore her Filipino roots, and she seems to be having a pretty epic time. Proof: The 34-year-old actress just took to Instagram to drop snaps of herself swimming in Pangulasian Island’s crystal clear water, and it’ll make you want to book a vacation ASAP.
There’s Vanessa in a cute string bikini, soaking up the sun while looking strong all over. There’s Vanessa flashing her sculpted core and toned legs as she’s being picked up by her mom; Vanessa posing with her mom and sister, and finally, there’s Vanessa cruising around a cove in a see-through kayak.
She kept the caption simple, writing, “Paradise” which, #fair. Her fiancé Cole Tucker slid into her comments with this sweet and simple note—“Queen”—while someone else chimed in with, “Y’all are GLOWING.”
But seriously, how did she get those epics abs? Well…certainly not by sitting around. Vanessa has actually been pretty active on this trip. She shared earlier this week that she took a “5am hike to the top of the world” alongside a video of herself and a few others hiking in Palawan.
Of course, Vanessa is active in general. She’s dropped several recent Instagram photos and videos of herself golfing.
But Vanessa is also big into getting her sweat on at the gym. She previously told Women’s Health that she aims to do six workouts a week, and that she prefers to exercise with a friend. “To be self-motivated consistently is almost a daydream,” she said. “I reach out to friends to hold me accountable.”
While Vanessa has plenty of videos of herself working out at celebrity gym The Dogpound, she told Well+Good that she likes to mix things up. That means doing things like Pilates, ballet, and SoulCycle during various parts of the week.

But, when she has a choice, Vanessa said she likes to work out with others. “I’m the type of person that needs to be in a class,” Vanessa previously told PopSugar. “I need someone telling me what to do, and I love being in a group environment because I’m very competitive, so it pushes me to work harder than I would if I was by myself.”
Of course, Vanessa eats well, too. She told People that she switches back and forth between the keto diet and intermittent fasting. “I feel like it’s a recipe that works for me,” she said. Vanessa is a pescatarian and avoids meat, she previously told WH. “I used to be the girl who ate bacon for breakfast every single morning,” she said. “But what animals go through is so inhumane. That’s not a system that I support.”
She also tries to steer clear of processed foods. “Many things are processed and contain chemicals and ingredients I can’t pronounce. I want real food,” she told Shape.
Vanessa Hudgens, everyone!
