When your legs are insured for $2 million, you’ve gotta show them off. Case in point: Heidi Klum at The Hollywood Reporter’s Women in Entertainment Power 100 gala.
Heidi, 49, hit the event in a tiny, pink, tuxedo-style minidress that showed off her miles and miles of strong legs. Heidi kept the look simple, accessorizing it with a silver necklace and colorful pumps.
Heidi kept the caption for the photo very simple, writing “💖💞💝 @hollywoodreporter #WomenInEntertainment.” And this model tends to turn comments off on her posts, but you can be sure her followers and fans were all over this look.
Heidi has been so busy taking over the world lately, that she hasn’t had tons of time to talk about her workout routine and how she keeps her legs so strong. Still, she’s shared little behind-the-scenes snippets. The first thing to know is that she’s really into—and super energetic about—dancing.
Heidi dropped a single with Snoop Dogg called “Chai Tea with Heidi” earlier this year, and she casually slid video from rehearsals into her Instagram. In it, Heidi literally bounces up and down before the dance even starts, before totally crushing it.
Then there’s the (epic) music video, where Heidi pretty much never stops moving:

Dancing aside, Heidi is also big on getting moving outdoors—check out this pep in her step while walking and skipping on the beach:
She also has two massive dogs and recently shared a photo of herself walking both of them at once—an impressive feat on its own:
But while Heidi is into outdoor activity, she’s not afraid of the gym. She told People that she wears ankle weights on the treadmill and does “butt lifts” that also work her inner thigh. “It’s always good to keep the muscles underneath working so that it is nice and toned,” she said. “Toned is good.”
While Heidi used to talk about how she’d go on long runs on the West Side Highway in Manhattan, but it sounds like she doesn’t opt for that form of exercise these days. That being said, Heidi told People that she does run “a little bit,” adding, “I don’t run like super fast or super far.”
Naturally, Heidi is a healthy eater. She told Women’s Health UK that while she makes plenty of room for indulgences, she tends to focus on fueling up on the good stuff. That usually means having an egg white omelette for breakfast filled with green peppers, spring onions, spinach, and parsley, followed by a lunch featuring a protein like chicken, turkey, or tuna with lots of vegetables and grains.
