Olivia Munn Shared Some Adorable IG Pics—And She Is *So* Strong In A Bikini

  • Olivia Munn just shared some adorable photos on a boat with her new son, Malcolm.
  • In the photos, the 42-year-old showed off just how strong and confident she is in her bikini.
  • Olivia has frequently talked about how she prioritizes being strong over being skinny, and how she has worked to love her body changes through her pregnancy and post-partum period.

Heads up: While you’re freezing your butt off in this pre-holidays winter weather, Olivia Munn is hanging out in a tropical location with her beyond adorable son, Malcom. The two were recently on a boat together and Olivia, 42, shared a few sweet snaps of herself rocking a bikini as the diaper-clad Malcom plays with toys in front of her.

Olivia posed for the cute pics while casually flashing her impressively strong body and core. She kept the caption simple—”🐠🐟”—but that didn’t mean people were equally chill in the comments section. In fact, they legit freaked out. “Gorgeous ❤️🔥🔥,” said Kimberly Williams Paisley, and someone else chimed in with “what’s it like to be perfect?” Trainer Amanda Kloots even left her a comment saying, “Gorgeous mama.”

Olivia has stressed the importance of being strong over skinny after she lost weight while filming X-Men: The Apocolypse. “It’s a big difference because I started working out every single day, and then I also started getting into eating 20-80, where 80 percent of your diet is fruits and vegetables and 20 percent is whatever,” she previously told Women’s Health. “My intention was to just get as fit and as healthy as I could be, for myself.”

But Olivia was open about struggling with body image during her pregnancy with Malcom. She shared on the Pop Culture Spotlight with Jessica Shaw podcast that she had gotten into a pattern of “eating too much, overeating, under-eating” after facing public pressure to lose weight before she got pregnant. “I was called so many things, that I was too big to be on TV,” she said.

Olivia shared that those feeling started to creep up again during her pregnancy, but she learned to push them aside and focus on what her body can do for her.

On the fitness front, Olivia told Us Weekly that she’s big on working her glutes, something she got into when she was working with trainer Rob Williams while filming The Predator. “We actually got really obsessed, well, I got really obsessed, with trying to get a really strong butt,” she said. “We actually have started working on creating this contraption that is super-easy that I can kind of use wherever I go that gives you the best butt workout.”

As for her overall sweat seshes, Olivia told Us that she craves variety. “I kind of switch it up a lot, just because I get super-bored,” she said. “I don’t know how people go to the gym every day and do the same thing over and over.” So, Olivia said, she does martial arts “a lot,” adding, “I have a routine that I can do that’s different every single day. It takes me only about 30 or 45 minutes.”

Olivia has made it clear, though, that she’s happy with how her body moves and looks now that she’s a mom. “My body hasn’t snapped back but it made this little guy so I only have love for it,” she wrote on Instagram in June over a sweet video of herself rocking Malcom.
