Avatar: The Way of Water is out and people are legit freaking out. Well, Zoe Saldana, who is back as Neytiri, hit the premiere of the new movie and she wasn’t screwing around in the fashion department.
The 44-year-old landed on the red carpet in London in a sheer top and skirt that showed off her toned abs, arms, and legs. The ‘fit had a flowy, water-like feel that was on-brand, and she paired the look with cool sheer lacy tights.
Zoe shared a video from the premiere on Instagram and people were here. For. It. “100% STUNNING !! ❤️” said one, while another chimed in with “you look lovely!!!”
Zoe is famously a former dancer and apparently she’s still got it. She dropped some hilarious BTS footage of herself in between press events dancing around a hotel hallway, running in heels, and doing a high kick that’s Rockette-level impressive.
Last month, she totally crushed a dance challenge that required all kinds of hands-free squatting and one-legged kicks. Just watching it is a total thigh burner…
Zoe apparently relies on stretching to keep her so limber, because she casually dropped video earlier this year of doing stretches next to a BOSU ball that included her dropping into a split like it was nothing.
Zoe told Vogue that she had to undergo some serious physical training for Avatar: Way of the Water, that included archery, dance, and diving training. The cast actually worked with a diving instructor who has taught Navy Seals.
“We studied [diving] theory and had to do these breathing exercises so that by the time you’re ready to go and dive, you have enough oxygen in your bloodstream,” she said. “You’re training yourself to let go of the panic when you go underwater and, once you put that into practice, it’s kind of liberating.”

On the food front, Zoe shared with Bon Appetit that she and her family are mostly (80 percent) gluten-free. For her, that means sticking to fresh meats like organic turkey breast and grilled fish. She also whips up a mean panini.
“I’m not known for the meats that I cook,” she admitted. “I get pretty creative with eggs. Sometimes I’ll make panini, and I’ll buy a whole bunch of awesome cold cuts.”
That sounds…utterly amazing.
