Victoria Beckham just showed her fashion house’s latest collection at Paris Fashion Week, and there’s one look that really stood out: The Sleeveless Circle Draped Dress. Well, Victoria just modeled her own design, and it looks incredible.

The 48-year-old fashion designer casually shared two photos of herself in a bold blue and red version of the dress on Instagram, showing off her sculpted…everything in the process. There’s Victoria’s toned booty and back in the dress, shot from behind, along with Victoria’s strong abs and arms as she poses by a pool.

Victoria also modeled the dress last week, showing off her muscular frame in the process.

Victoria’s trainer Bobby Rich recently shared that his famous client switched from doing cardio and abs work to focus on weightlifting. “It was becoming apparent to her that the benefits from her own training routines had become minimal,” Rich told Women’s Health UK. “Despite spending daily 90+ minute sessions in the gym, she was purely maintaining her fitness levels rather than improving in other meaningful ways. She was ready for a change.”

Rich previously told WH UK that Victoria was nervous about focusing so much on lifting weights, but noted that “her concerns were short-lived.”

“I’ve always been a bit scared of weights, but it turns out I love them,” Victoria later told Grazia. “I’ve even got those special gloves to wear! It’s good to switch things up and keep your body guessing. I’ve got so much more muscle tone now.”

Also in the mix? Running uphill on a treadmill for 30 minutes in the morning, followed by weight training sessions, according to Vogue Australia.

As for food and nutrition, Victoria told Vogue Australia that she’s “disciplined” with her diet. “I eat lots of healthy fat: fish, avocado, nuts, that sort of thing,” she said. “I do drink alcohol, unless I have a reason not to. I’ll detox from anything for three to six months where I won’t drink. I’m quite extreme in anything I do, whether it’s eating or working out or drinking or not drinking.”

She also shared that she takes Augustinus Bader skin supplements, drinks apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning, and puts Skinaide collagen peptide powder in her coffee.
