Catherine Zeta-Jones is clearly enjoying all this summertime sunshine.
- The star just dropped two new photos on Instagram showing off her epically toned arms and a peek of her toned abs in a cut-out swimsuit.
- When it comes to Catherine’s workouts, the actress loves dancing, doing yoga, and swimming laps.
It’s flipping hot out there, and that means everyone needs to do whatever they can to stay cool. For Catherine Zeta-Jones, that apparently involves hanging in the chicest heat-busting outfit.
The 53-year-old star just dropped two pics on Instagram of herself all geared up for smoldering temps. There’s Catherine smiling at the camera in a gorgeous olive-colored cut-out one-piece that shows off a peek of her toned abs. The Wednesday star accessorized the look with oversized sunglasses, a wide-brimmed hat, and sculpted arms.
“Ciao☀️,” she wrote, keeping the caption simple. Catherine doesn’t allow comments on her post, but if she did, you can pretty much bet they’d be packed with fire emojis. This woman has a lot of fans who are more than ready to cheer her on.
Catherine is definitely soaking up the warm weather—check out this sweet video of herself waltzing with her son on the beach:
This star is seriously strong these days, so, if you find yourself wondering what Catherine does in the health and wellness department, you’re not alone. For starters, she’s big into golf, a sport that provides a mix of cardio and strength training. Check her out on the links in Ireland:
She also hilariously celebrated an impressive drive while golfing with her husband, Michael Douglas:
But Catherine’s big go-to form of exercise is dance. She’s actually an accomplished tap dancer (have you ever seen her bust a move in Chicago?), and Catherine regularly drops videos of herself completely owning the floor. She’ll also have fun dance parties with her whole family, as shown in this Instagram, because why not?
Oh! And she swims, too! Swimming workouts, in case you’re a newbie, can provide great, low-impact cardio that can really tone up your core, legs, upper body… really everything. And Catherine knows the drill. “If I become a little lethargic or lax in the physical part of my life, I get stressed,” Catherine told the Telegraph. “So I swim. I have one of those pools where I can swim against the tide.”

It’s not all about cardio, though. Catherine makes sure to throw some yoga in the mix, too. The practice provides all-over toning along with stretching and conditioning. Clearly, Catherine has been putting in some serious work in the studio because her dancer pose in this video is pretty impressive:
Catherine hasn’t shared a ton about her diet lately, but she revealed on Instagram last year that she makes her own lunches when she’s working. Her go-to: A big, yummy salad that features a mix of apple, lettuce, olive oil, balsamic, tuna, cucumber, and tomatoes. “A creature of habit, this has been and will be it for the foreseeable future 😂,” she wrote in the caption.
Anyone else getting hungry? Go, Catherine, go!
