Emily Ratajkowski’s Entire Bod Is Toned All Over In A Barely There Met Gala Afterparty ‘Fit

  • Emily Ratajkowski absolutely smashed it it at the Met Gala with a chic Tory Burch gown.

  • But the 31-year-old model and entrepreneur really stepped it up at the afterparty she hosted at the WSA building in FiDi with Carlos Nazario, Paloma Elsesser, Raul Lopez, and Renell Medrano.
  • There, she wore two ‘fits: A completely sheer midi dress and a slinky minidress. Both looks totally showed off her toned-all-over bod.

The Met Gala is a huge—massive—event in the fashion world, and there’s a ton of prep involved. After all that, celebrities want to blow off some steam so, of course, there are afterparties involved.

Well, Emily Ratajkowski rolled out a slew of killer outfits on fashion’s big night, showing that she came to play. First, EmRata hit up the Met Gala steps in a semi-sheer corseted Tory Burch dress that showed off her strong legs and toned arms. Evidence:

But she followed that up with several next-level afterparty looks. There was EmRata in what looks like an ice skater-inspired minidress that showed off her sculpted legs, followed by Emily in a goth-inspired see-through corset, displaying her toned…everything.

“Apres Met,” Emily wrote in the caption…and people lost it. “Wowww,” said Olivia Ponton, while another commenter wrote, “Her sexy legs 🔥.”

Hop on over to Emily’s IG Stories, and you’ll see a ton of photos and video of her dancing and posing in those looks, and just generally looking like she’s having the best time ever.

Emily has shared little snippets here and there about what she does to get so strong. For starters, she’s into taking group fitness classes. “I’m one of those people who, if I go to the gym by myself, there’s a 50/50 chance of me actually working out and really pushing myself,” she told InStyle. “The class environment works really, really well for me.”

Emily has gotten into Strong by Zumba classes—she’s a spokesperson—and said she really likes the music. “You just feel like you’re, you know, Superwoman really pushing herself,” she said. “You end up working harder and it’s a better, more intense workout, without even noticing.”

But Emily also told InStyle that she loves being outside and hiking. Yoga is in the mix, too. That flexibility she gets from yoga helps her to pull off moves like this one she did for a recent photoshoot:

She’s also working to find balance in her life to benefit both her mind and body. “I really, as cheesy as this sounds, truly believe that mental and physical are really aligned, so taking care of yourself physically will help you mentally and vice versa,” she told InStyle.

No shocker here: Emily is a healthy eater. She shared with Vogue that she kicks off her day with coffee, followed by granola, yogurt, or toast. Lunch is usually lean meat and greens, she told Harper’s Bazaar. When dinnertime rolls around, you’ll usually find EmRata cooking at home if she doesn’t have an event. “I cook a lot, so that really helps,” she told Elle. “You know how much salt and sugar and all of that kind of stuff you are putting in your body.”

But, while she eats well, Emily doesn’t shy away from a glass of bubbly here and there:

Keep doing you, EmRata!
