Heidi Klum loves a good strappy dress moment, so it’s only natural that she brought the action to Cannes. The 49-year-old supermodel rocked the coolest canary yellow dress on the red carpet, and it was a total moment.
The dress featured criss-cross straps on the front that highlighted Heidi’s strong abs, with some solid underboob thrown in for kicks. A super high slit showed off Heidi’s sculpted legs, while the built-in cape added serious drama. Check out shots from the side and front here:

So, what’s she do to look so strong? Well, Heidi works out four times a week, according to Vogue France. During those training sessions, she focuses on running, cycling, strength training, and swimming. Running is big for Heidi—she previously told Glamour in 2014 that one of her favorite runs is along the Hudson River in New York City.
She’ll also go bananas on a treadmill sometimes:
Heidi told Women’s Health UK in 2017 that she has a little less structure in her workouts now than she used to. These days, she might wear ankle weights on the treadmill and do butt lifts. “It’s always good to keep the muscles underneath working so that it is nice and toned,” she told People. “Toned is good.”

Foodwise, Vogue France says that Heidi follows an 80/20 diet (i.e. she tries to eat well 80% of the time and does whatever she feels like for other 20%).
But Heidi definitely knows how to enjoy herself. She recently shared a ton of food porn from her time in Hamburg, Germany, including shots of herself eating a massive shrimp sandwich while enjoying a beer with her husband, Tom Kaulitz.
