Jennifer Lawrence is looking hella fit.
- The Oscar-winning actress recently made an appearance at CinemaCon for her new movie, No Hard Feelings. She wore a chic Versace LBD that accentuated her über-toned legs, and all I can say is: WOW!
- Jennifer keeps herself fit by working out on the reg—without stressing too much about it.
An extended clip from Jennifer Lawrence’s new movie No Hard Feelings debuted at CinemaCon, and the Oscar-winner actress brought her fashion A-game for the big moment. She turned up in the coolest sculpted mini dress that showed off her seriously toned legs. Jennifer paired the look with tights, pink heels, and a cool-girl smile.
What’s behind those impressively toned legs? For starters, Jennifer works with trainer Dalton Wong. He told Byrdie that he’s all about pushing his clients just enough. “I don’t like to ruin my clients,” he said. “I want you to leave here and still have the energy to be able to get on with your day.” He also happens to be big on posture. “There is no point spending hours in the gym if you’re not going to work on improving your posture,” he said.
Jennifer is really private and, with that, she doesn’t share a ton of information about her workout routines. Still, she worked with professional dance coach Kurt Froman to play a former ballerina in Red Sparrow, and he told Body and Soul that J.Law worked hard to get in dancer-style shape. “I worked with Jen six days a week, three hours a day for three months, as well as doing cross-training in the form of Pilates, or toning and weight-training, or gyrotonics,” he revealed.

Jennifer told Vogue that she works out “more than normal” because she wants to fit into her clothes. “I get photographed when I’m not asking for it, so there’s added pressure to look and feel your best,” she said. “For me, it’s easier to put that extra effort into the gym instead of putting the extra effort into: ‘Oh no, I can’t eat that.'”

Jennifer also shared with Vogue that being on a restrictive diet just isn’t her jam. “I don’t like when people say, ‘I only do this or eat this,'” she said, “Because I eat. I’m not very strict with my diet: If I want a piece of pizza, I eat a piece of pizza.”
