Kelly Ripa is already off to a very cheeky in 2023…literally. The actress and talk show queen shared a flashback of her toned booty in celebration of the new year ahead of her, and it’s nothing short of epic.

In the Instagram photo, Kelly rocks a black one-piece with her back to the camera, showing off her sculpted peach while facing her husband, Mark Consuelos.

The people in the comments section of Kelly’s post were predictably fired up. “🔥🔥🔥,” wrote Demi Moore. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna added, “🔥🍑 and Zaddie.” And, Kelly’s favorite dance instructor Anna Kaiser added, “Looks like a lot of hard WERK 😍.”

And I’ll take Anna Kaiser’s word on this one because she definitely knows what’s been going on behind the scenes when it comes to Kelly’s fitness routines. Kaiser is the founder of AKT fitness studio in New York City, and her HIIT cardio dance classes are Kelly’s favorite way to get her sweat on. I mean just look at all these clips from 2022:

“The best thing about the marriage of dance and HIIT is that you’re moving on multiple planes of motion and you’re having fun,” Kaiser shared with Women’s Health. “You really need to focus on different types of muscular contractions and angles, not just on getting through exercises for the sake of feeling a burn. If you do the same motions over and over, you’re not going to get the full benefit.”

And she gave her student Kelly a shoutout, too. “She’s stayed consistent, she’s been committed, it’s something that she does for her.”

When Kelly is not working out with Kaiser, she practices yoga and does SoulCycle classes, which her trainer gave a big thumbs up to, as well.

Sometimes Marc gets in on the yoga too:

“I think it’s important for people to work out with a program that offers everything, not just one type of workout over and over again,” Kaiser told WH, “so you’re balancing the amount of cardio and strength you’re doing, and you’re switching it up.”
