Summer concerts are back, with everyone, including your favorite celebs showing off their fashion prowess—like Kelly Rowland, who looked absolutely killer on her way to Beyoncé’s Renaissance tour. Destiny’s Child forever!
Kelly, 42, rocked a set of super sexy black leather shortalls. I didn’t know shortalls could be so truly HOT, but Kelly is out here snapping necks with the look. She paired it with a black beanie, an oversized blazer, and a pair of kitten heels. Honestly, I may need to recreate it for my own Renaissance experience.
Kelly captioned the photos simply: “#Renaissance🖤”
But, obviously, her friends and followers were here for the look, and made sure to hype Kelly up in the comments. Even Ms. Tina Lawson a.k.a Beyoncé’s mom dropped a comment, “Yessssss!!!! Ms Kelly ❤️❤️❤️ So sad I missed you my beautiful living Barbie Doll!!! You did not come to see play!!!❤️❤️” While Cynthia Erivo added: “Loooove this!!” And there were so many flame emojis it may be time to call the fire department. Suffice it to say, Kelly looked hot!

If you’re curious how the singer stays so fit, Women’s Health has the scoop. Kelly told WH in 2020 that she loves to do a 90-minute workout with her trainer Massy Arias. She also frequents the celeb-loved Dogpound gym near her house.
Here she is crushing some crunches on a Bosu ball in an adorable Fabletics set if I do say so myself.
Based on her IG, Kelly’s workouts seem to vary, but she hits the crunches, cardio, and resistance band work hard. And she looks mega strong doing these deadlifts.
She even tried her hand at tennis and tagged tennis G.O.A.T Serena Williams for feedback. Based on all the pushups and running up and down the court though, I’d say Kelly is doing great.
When she’s not on the move, Kelly is making sure her nutrition is top notch so she can keep up with her pace—and with her famous pals, of course. On a typical day, Kelly tells WH she starts with oatmeal with raspberries, plus chia or flaxseeds—which is a great way to squeeze in a lot of protein early in the day.
Kelly shared she’s “obsessed” with sandwiches and shared one of her go-to’s. It’s turkey with mustard rye, sprouts, onion, and avocado. For dinner, Kelly says she usually has chicken or fish with asparagus or a salad.
