Mila Kunis is looking super strong and fit these days!

Mila Kunis just stepped out for the 9th Annual Breakthrough Prize Ceremony, and she made it very clear that she was not screwing around in the fashion department.
The 39-year-old actress hit the red carpet next to her husband Ashton Kutcher in a sparkly black suit layered over a sheer top that showcased her strong abs. Ashton, for his part, wore a tux.
So, what’s Mila do to look so strong? Mila doesn’t do Instagram and is notoriously private, so you won’t find videos of her workouts online or anything. That said, she shares little snippets of what she does to stay healthy here and there.
Mila previously told Harper’s Bazaar that she works out three times a week, although she ramped that up to seven days a week for five hours a day while she trained for her role as a ballet dancer in Black Swan.
Worth noting: While Mila hasn’t spoken about using Peloton, Ashton recently shared a photo of himself on Instagram after a Peloton Tread workout—and he’s partnered with the brand to create a motivational interview and marathon training series called “Our Future Selves.” So, she at least has the option in the house if she wants it!
On the food front, Mila seems open to whatever. Ashton has shared several posts about her love of wine (and the two have their own Quarantine Wine together). He also dropped a hilarious Instagram video in December, where he said that he and Mila decided to do Dry January—and he suspected she was drinking during that time. Cut to video of Mila making herself a cocktail on the sly and totally justifying it. “I work off of the lunar calendar, so it’s wet February for me right now,” she said, after Ashton informed her that it was still Dry January. “Don’t worry about it,” she added.
And Ashton ~also~ dropped a photo of Mila diving into some bread, so apparently she’s not on the no-carb train.
Mila previously did Harper’s Bazaar’s Food Diaries, where she opened up about her go-tos. Mila said she likes to kick her day off with “old school drip coffee” paired with vanilla Silk Oat Milk Creamer that she froths. She then usually ends up eating her kids’ breakfast leftovers after they go to school—”I have this thing against wasting food. So I’ll eat it, which isn’t satiating,” she said. After that, she’ll have avocado toast.

Mila said she’ll usually “grab some fruit or a string cheese” for lunch because she’s so busy. “My husband and I are working at home,” she said. “If one of us doesn’t have work, we will grab food for the other, mish-mash together some food in the fridge or have a protein smoothie.”
“So it’s probably not healthy if you’re a dietitian, but I’ll sometimes have a protein smoothie for lunch,” she said.
Dinner can be pretty much anything, including salad or a quinoa based bowl. Mila’s daughter Wyatt is a pescatarian, so Mila shared that fish is usually in frequent rotation in their household.
Now, where can I get that top?
