Emily Ratajkowski turned 32 yesterday (happy birthday, EmRata!) and she had a lot to celebrate. The model just shared pics from a new gig with Tory Burch on Instagram, along with BTS photos from her birthday party. Naturally, she looks super toned in both.
First, the Tory Burch pics! EmRata can be seen kicking back in a lounge chair with her toned legs on display, and flashing her strong arms in front of sandy set, looking seriously sculpted all over.
Next, the birthday party! EmRata shared a slew of photos and video of herself alongside her son Sly while working a lace-up leather mini dress with a pleated hem. Emily paired the dress with strappy sandals and showed off miles of those strong legs in the process.
“Grateful doesn’t even begin to describe it 🫶❣️,” she wrote in the caption. People cheered her on in the comments. “Queen,” one wrote, while another said, “My favorite gem ♊️✨.”
Emily is looking super strong (and happy!) these days. What’s she been doing? For starters, she’s huge into dancing. Like, check her out getting into the music while watching Taylor Swift perform:
And breaking it down with a friend in a living room:
Emily likes to dance in more structured environments, too. She’s big into Strong by Zumba (and she’s a spokesperson for the brand). “You just feel like you’re, you know, Superwoman really pushing herself,” she told InStyle. “You end up working harder and it’s a better, more intense workout, without even noticing.”

By the way, you’re not likely to find Emily exercising alone very often. “I’m one of those people who, if I go to the gym by myself, there’s a 50/50 chance of me actually working out and really pushing myself,” she said, before adding, “the class environment works really, really well for me.”
Food-wise, Emily previously told Elle that she’s really into meat, noting that she craves iron. But, while she does dinners out for work and fun, she also likes to DIY. “I cook a lot, so that really helps,” she said of eating healthy. “You know how much salt and sugar and all of that kind of stuff you are putting in your body.”
Cheers to another lap around the sun, EmRata!
