Paris Hilton Is ‘Sliving’ With Toned Abs And Legs In πŸ”₯ New IG Pics

  • Paris Hilton posted some spicy Instagram pictures from her Greece vacay, showing everyone how strong and sculpted she is in her Barbie-pink bikini.

  • The entrepreneur has shared that she doesn’t usually hit the gym, but it seems she gets her exercise outdoors through swimming and skiing.
  • She also gets movement in through rehearsing and performing as a singer and DJ.

Paris Hilton is totally embracing the Barbiecore trend RN, and it’s honestly everything. Dare I say this might be the start of “Barbie Girl” summer?

The entrepreneur, 42, shared a series of Instagram snaps from a recent Greece vacation on a yacht. She rocked a bright pink bikini and Chanel espadrilles that highlighted her toned abs and legs. In the pics, Paris is doing everything from showering, to swimming in the ocean, and soaking up the sun. Essentially, she’s living the summer dream.

“Bikini Barbie βœ¨πŸ‘±πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘™βœ¨ #SummerOfSliving πŸ”₯ #ThatsHot,” she captioned the pics. Her friends and followers are loving the snaps. “You do not age!!! 🀍😍✨ love you!!!” The Hills alum Audrina Patridge wrote. “Invented bikinis,” model Peyton Knight added, while another fan commented, “How do you still look 21, P? Slay.”

I don’t know about you, but I’m definitely wondering how she gets so toned. When it comes to fitness, Paris prefers to stay active outside of the gym. β€œI never really work out in real life, because I am constantly so busy that my life is like a work out. Shopping is my cardio,” she shared with Vogue.

Instead, Paris gets in plenty of movement with her busy schedule as a singer and DJ. She recently performed live at the Tomorrowland music festival and put in tons of rehearsal work to prep. After all, it takes a lot of hard physical work to sing and dance on stage.

Plus, being a new mom to son Phoenix, whom she shares with husband Carter Reum, also keeps her moving. Paris recently spent the day in the park pushing him around in a stroller.

It seems like Paris also regularly finds ways to get movement in outdoors, based on the time of year. Sometimes exercise is a swim in the ocean, and sometimes it’s hitting the ski slopes.

Another big part of Paris’ wellness routine? Making time for rest and recovery. β€œI’ll do a hyperbaric chamber and we have a cryotherapy machine, so those are really good for you,” she told Marie Claire.

As for her diet, it seems like Paris is down to try new things. She shared on her docuseries, Paris in Love, that she tried the ProLon cleanse with her hubby Carter. (ProLon is a five-day plant-based meal plan designed to mimic metabolic changes that happen after your body fasts, per Forbes.) But really, it just made her crave McDonald’s.

“It’s like soups and olives and like vitamins. It’s good but I’m starving and want McDonald’s,” Paris shared via E! News. She kept it real and ordered from the Golden Arches, where she got a hamburger, an Oreo McFlurry, a number 4-A, and a Sprite. Well, it looks like Paris has mastered the art of balance.
