- The actress sported a sweatshirt sans pants, and some knee high boots.
- Elizabeth uses a strategy called “found fitness” where she incorporates exercises into her daily habits, rather than regularly hitting the gym.
There is slaying, and then there is the elevated “slaying the boots house down“—and Elizabeth Hurley def qualifies for that accolade. In fact, in a recent IG post, she was literally slaying in some very cool boots.
In her post, the actress was sporting a pink sweatshirt, boots and no pants. Her thighs were on full display, and they were definitely super strong and toned. Elizabeth’s post was dedicated to supporting her friend Patrick Cox’s new clothing brand, Doors of Perception, which designed her cute disco hoodie. It also featured her son, Damian. Aww.
The 57-year-old actress said she was “loving” her new sweatshirt in her caption, but her fans were a little more focused on Liz herself. I can’t blame them!
“Those legs 🔥,” wrote one fan. “You’re still incredible Miss Hurley 😍❤️,” wrote another commenter. Many people also just left rows and rows of “🔥” and “❤️,” which truly sums up all that needs to be said.
Liz ages like a fine wine, which can probably be attributed to the fact that she maintains a very healthy lifestyle. In fact, Liz starts exercising the minute she wakes up in the morning: She does squats while brushing her teeth! Yup, Elizabeth is a fan of “found fitness,” or incorporating exercise into her daily routine.
“I don’t really do any set exercise, per se, because I prefer to get my exercise from doing something than being in the gym,” she previously told Women’s Health.
In addition to her morning squats, Liz walks her dog and gardens, where she lifts logs and rakes, to stay active. In the winters, she swaps out yard work with some cardio-inducing household chores. Talk about killing two birds with one stone!
Liz is also very mindful about what she eats—and avoids any processed foods. “I don’t eat sweets. I drink little alcohol. I don’t smoke but I deeply regret that I once did. I have learned to eat lighter and not so late,” the actress told NewBeauty in 2021.

In 2017, the actress told The Cut that she eats the fruits and veggies she grows in her own garden all summer long.
Liz is such a natural at healthy living! Keep being you, queen!
