Sydney Sweeney just dropped a super epic bikini photo while sunning herself on a yacht in Ibiza.
- In the pic, the actress is super strong, and her abs and butt are mega-toned.
- When it comes to her workouts, Sydney likes doing mixed-martial arts training.
Sydney Sweeney is hanging in Ibiza and she’s got the Instagram photo dump to prove it. The Reality star just shared a ton of pics of herself and her buddies doing tons of fun activities around the island.
First, there’s a shot of the 25-year-old star cozying up to a pal in a car, dancing in front of a movie screen, reading in a pool, and chilling on a yacht with her toned booty and sculpted legs on full display. Swipe right and you’ll see Sydney breaking it down at a concert in a cool turquoise ‘fit with her toned abs front and center, followed by Sydney posing on a set of stairs in a leggy pink dress and cruising along next to a yacht on a hydrofoil board.
Basically, Sydney had a blast. “Dream week photo dump 🥰,” she wrote in the caption. Obviously, everyone was obsessed with the pics, and they made sure to let Syd know in the comments section. “Love seeing that smile of yours ❤️,” one person wrote. Another commented, “😍😍😍,” which pretty much sums up how people felt.
Sydney is definitely super toned—and happy—right now. What’s she doing to get so strong? Well, I’ve got a few insights for you about the Euphoria queen. The first thing you should know is that she’s always been super active, and Syd actually has a background in mixed martial arts (MMA).
“I’m trained in mixed martial arts,” she previously told Marie Claire. “I started when I was 14 and did my first competition at 18. It was a grappling competition against all guys a weight category above me, and I got first place.”
But these days, Sydney can’t fight as much as she once was able to. She told GQ that she can’t practice the sport when she’s filming because she gets too many bruises (which obvi would show up on camera). Still, she’s learned a lot from the sport. “Discipline is one of the first things that they teach you, and I really liked the respect I was teaching myself,” she said. “Now I put that into everything I do.”
Sydney stays moving during the day, too. She told Bustle that she takes her dog Tank for two-mile walks in the morning and evening. “If I’m feeling really motivated, I’ll run,” she said. Sydney is also into home workouts. “If I have an hour, I’ll do a workout video at home, like a DOGPOUND one,” she said. “Sometimes it’s hard if I’m missing equipment, but it’s doable.”
Sydney is also just super active in her day-to-day (swipe right above to see her crush that hydrofoil board ride).
The Euphoria star recently told Yahoo Life that she tries to focus on self-care, too. “I’ve tried to get into yoga, but my mind just races too much so I can’t get there yet,” she shared. “I love HGTV, I live on HGTV. And I try to take baths and I love candles and lighting candles.”

Sydney said that self-care is a “daily process” for her. “I think you can be OK one day and it’s totally OK if you’re not the next because I think you have to start every day new and you have to start every day trying to appreciate and love yourself, which can be difficult sometimes,” she said. “Take one step at a time and try your best and just make sure you love yourself. Your body does so much for you, and I think a lot of times people forget that and how hard it works.”
Sydney Sweeney, everyone!
