Gisele Bündchen has, as Ms. Taylor Allison Swift says, entered a new “Era.” Since announcing her split from a football player hubby Tom Brady, Gisele has been living it up. And she’s not afraid to let the people know.
From showing off her epic dance moves, to shooting some seriously high fashion shoots, and even returning to Brazil to celebrate Carnaval, Gisele is glowing, confident, and strong. When she’s not donning fancy red wigs for Vogue Italia cover shoots, though, Gisele is, surprisingly, just out here living a normal life. Looking for evidence? She just posted an IG video from a truly joyful bike ride. I dare you not to smile!
In the video, Gisele is rocking a simple white tank and a pair of denim booty shorts as she gleefully pedals her bike through a sunny locale. Gisele is all smiles as she pops into a quick split on the bike, showing off her toned legs for days. Impressive balance!
“We all have our fair shares of trials. Every laugh, every fall, every experience, the good and the bad , everything is here to teach us something and help us grow. Nothing is permanent,” she captioned the video. “So let’s enjoy the good moments and learn from the bad ones. Every day is a gift! ✨.”

For starters, you should know that Gisele attributes her all-over tone to her consistent yoga practice. ICYMI, Gisele has been practicing yoga for years which she says helps her body and mind.
“[Yoga is] so serene that I can be in a state of meditation while I practice … Whether it involves music or mantras or breath work or meditation, [yoga is] a powerful beautiful spiritual practice. Yoga gave me back my life,” Gisele wrote in her book Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life in 2018, per Marie Claire Australia.
Over the years, the model has shared some BTS from her yoga routine, from headstands, to fun stretch seshes with her daughter, to core work in boat pose. Clearly, Gisele knows that yoga is a great, full-body workout that can help with all-over tone and improve your cardiovascular health, as well. Not to mention all the benefits that come with finding your zen…
But that’s not all! The model also likes to mix things up in her wellness routine, whether that means doing some Pilates, doing a quick swimming workout, or even doing some Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, per an interview with British Vogue. Another important note here: Gisele is an early bird, and gets up at 5 a.m. to fit in her workouts. Phew!
